I am (or was) a first-time homebuyer and heard so many horror stories from colleagues trying to buy homes in this area. I was lucky enough to be immediately connected with Arlene. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the local area and existing housing stock. She was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. She was very clear with me that she would work hard to find the home that I wanted, not the property that yielded her highest commission - this was one of the major complaints I heard from friends and colleagues of their homebuying experience. In addition to her skill and expertise negotiating with sellers on my behalf, she was also so very pleasant to work with that I anxiously looked forward to seeing her again as we continued the search. Along with several of her colleagues, Arlene was also highlighted in D Magazine (2015, 2016, 2017) as among the best in the business. You can imagine how nervous I was as a first-time homebuyer that I might be taken advantage of by individuals of questionable integrity or with ulterior motives. I found Arlene to be extremely trustworthy - she alerted me to every possible pitfall and ensured I had all the information I needed to make my decisions. I also have already referred Arlene to several of my colleagues and good friends. I've already informed Arlene that if/when it comes time to sell/buy again, I'll be contacting her.

Working with Adrienne helped tremendously as she was able to negotiate directly with the builder to get us the best deal and even a few other bonus items we did not expect! Her knowledge on the city of Frisco helped lead us to a location that will not only be a great place to live but also give us a return on our investment if we ever choose to sell. She is very professional, personable and EXTREMELY smart... And pretty! But seriously. She was such an asset to us during our home buying process. There is so much we did not realize about purchasing new construction and she was there the entire step of the way guiding us and even showing up for our final walk through to help us point out things the builder needed to fix before our closing. THANK YOU Adrienne! Can't wait to do another transaction with you in the future!

She immediately started asking why am I moving (current rental term was just one year), do I work, how much money do I make, etc. I told her the property would be rented by me and my adult daughter (age 36). Ms. Liu then abruptly stopped me and said we will not combine salaries for you and your daughter to qualify to rent the property. My daughter and I have shared the same residence for over 5 years with no such issue. Also, our combined salaries almost double the yearly suggested amount for the listing. Su Liu was rude and mentioned nothing at all about the property to me on the phone. I asked her to explain why my daughter and I could not rent the property and her response was "your daughter may decide to move out." WHAT??? Seems like discrimination based on family status to me. The listing specifically indicated each perspective tenant would pay application fee and have a background check done. Nowhere in the listing did it indicate what the makeup of the tenants need to be. I would not recommend Su Liu as her approach towards me was not professional and was a disservice for the owner of the property she has been tasked to rent.

After providing a great service when we purchased our house, we never thought of using anyone but…read moreJohn for its subsequent sale a few years later. John provided detailed analysis of what a good sales price would be. Given the comps for the neighborhood, it was also aggressive. After providing an initial walk through with ideas of how to make the house appealing to every potential buyer, John also spent an entire day, and evening, staging the house. Our house is fairly clutter free and well appointed, but John just has a knack for making things look that much better; It was fun to watch him in action. Our house looked so beautiful we almost did not want to sell it! With 2 young boys and very busy lives, we were extremely concerned with keeping the house "showing ready" at all times. Obviously given the preparation that went into the house, John does not believe in a "slap it up and hope it sticks" approach that I had grown accustomed to with other realtors. This became evident when we received an offer for above asking price on the first day, which set a strong comparable standard for the neighborhood. The events between the offer and closing can often be wrought with issues. From the inspection, to the appraisal, and the closing itself, everything was handled very well and went fast and smooth thanks in large part to the diligence of John. He is not afraid to act on your behalf to speed the process up, whether it be speaking to an appraiser or calling a lender. Mandy Moss and her group at Republic Title, the agency John uses, were also very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. John is truly a consummate professional at all times. During the whole process I never worried about being able to speak to him almost instantly. No email, text, or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour; most of the time it was instantaneous. Any detail needing his attention to keep the process going was immediately dealt with. It always felt like it was his own house he was selling. If you want a Realtor that works hard for you, John is definitely it.
