Their professionalism, patience, and dedication went far beyond my expectations. What stood out most: Attentive: They listened carefully to what I wanted and always looked out for my best interests. Communicated Well: I never felt out of the loop--they kept me updated every step of the way. Completed Virtual Showings: Since I couldn't be there in person, they handled virtual tours flawlessly, giving me full confidence in my decisions. Would never use another team: Their service was so exceptional that I honestly can't imagine working with anyone else. If you're looking for a team that delivers top-tier service, especially from afar, Brian & John are the absolute best. Highly recommend!

Even when we had challenges in the process that were outside our control, the Van Poole team worked diligently to proactively solve them and successfully negotiate our home purchase in Flower Mound, Texas. They went out of their way to make us feel heard and understood and provided expert advice on the market comps and dynamics of the areas we were looking to buy. I would highly recommend Seychelles' team to anyone in the North Texas area who's looking to buy or sell a home.

I've had a really great experience working with Catherine while searching for a home in the Dallas…read morearea. Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend working with her. I haven't found the perfect house yet, but she's been fantastic throughout the search and I'm really glad to have her helping me through the process.

A man named Gary forwarded me to Catherine Cardneaux, and we set up a time to meet to tour the property. She advised me that I had to sign a contract, basically stating that she was going to be the listing agent for this property and if I were to move forward, she would be the one to facilitate the transaction. Upon signing this contract, I notice that she had put that I (tenant) would be paying 55% of her brokers fee and the landlord would be paying 45% of her brokers fee. I did not hire her for this property, nor did she help me find this property. I found this rental all on my own searching on Zillow. And she thought I was going to be a bird brain and sign this contract without reading it. She was trying to facilitate a GREAT DEAL for the landlord by making me pay MORE THAN HALF of her brokers fee! Very unprofessional, and I advise anyone searching for a rental to use someone else!

She replied at 10:55 stating she would be glad to show us the condo and she would set up the showing at 2:30 and asked my fiancé's name. She went on to say that she copied her husband on the email, who is a mortgage banker, and said she typically requests new clients meet with him first to "be sure everyone is on the same page about finance options and approval" and she stated it was a "safety" measure. He immediately emailed me wanting to talk..... I replied to her at 11:10 and said my fiancé's name was Ramiro and that 2:30 would be fine. I also stated I have a current mortgage on my condo but we had not checked on one together. Since my reply to her she has not made any further contact...... Her comments made me feel like she's only interested in showing a property if she knows you're already qualified and if you're not she wants you to use her husband to do so, which I find a conflict of interest. I also think it's a poor business practice to automatically copy him on the email without my consent to do so. It's to bad she did this because we were prepared to give her the listing for our current condo.
