If I go on the website, the latest info is from 2023, so apparently that portal is no longer active, but no alternatives show on the website, making it impossible to contact my doctor. Secondly, I was on hold recently for 35 minutes, and then was cut off. No call back, nothing, although the receptionist was supposed to be "checking". It's a shitshow over there. I had a 1 pm appointment with Dr. Cohen and was not put in an exam room until 3 HOURS later. While I Finally was placed in an exam room I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR to be seen. Dr Cohen did not apologize for the long wait instead he sat down and proceeded to ask me questions. When I finally got my test results two weeks later (Dr. Cohen was on vacation) Instead of the covering physician calling me to discuss my results, I was contacted by a nurse who was not knowledgable nor aware of my diagnosis.
