He was shaking like he thought I was going to flip out at him, do you guys set your patients up to fail to the point where they regularly lash out at your office staff? That's not kind to your staff and it's not kind to your patients. Do you like setting your patients up to fail? I literally only scheduled here because I had a broken tooth and now I have to go back to work in pain because "I can't be seen today". Do not even bother commenting about a 800 number, I'm leaving this for all to see so the public can see the facts and pick a better dentist.

I called six months after my operation after I found out they never billed my insurance to get them to resolve it. It took me three different calls to fix the issue due to her rude, unprofessional, and self righteous attitude. She hung up on me three different times after personally insulting me multiple times. However after the last time she insulted me and hung up, my insurance was magically billed. Seems like they can only do their job when pressed about it. Lazy, incompetent, rude and self righteous. I was referred to his practice by a work colleague who, like me, was plagued with dental problems. After a comprehensive exam I sadly needed a lot of work done. I had been in the Army for 7 years and I think they had a little too much fun experimenting in my mouth. Every single thing that the military had done needed re-done. Fillings were cracked, loose, and I had been given two root canals yet was not given crowns. It sucked. Dr. Deister, who also happens to be an Army veteran, came up with a treatment and more importantly a payment plan so I could get my teeth fixed. I am extremely satisfied with all the work he did to include saving 2 teeth that had broken to my jaw bone that another dentist told me was impossible. His staff was always happy and helpful including the office manager who handled my monthly payments. It is worth noting this is what I would call a "Christian practice". They don't preach or pray over you, but there is religious stuff lying around and I overheard several prayers being said with other patients. The building didn't burn down when I entered, and I was never made to feel uneasy because Jesus is not my homeboy but its something to be mindful of if you choose to come here. peace, love, and good booze ~ chase
