I had my cleaning and an additional treatment was recommended. I was told they would check with my insurance and "get back to me." After two months and hearing nothing, I contacted them. At that point I was told they hadn't done all the x-rays they needed to and could I get the old ones from my old dentist. Say what? They didn't do what they were supposed to, never got back to me and I have to do the legwork to resolve it! Although I asked twice why the x-rays weren't taking, they refused to answer. Basically, they dropped the ball, blew off their commitment to follow up and now tell me they can't do anything unless I get the x-rays they neglected to take. Definitely not recommended. I prepaid (14K) for implants and when I decided I was moving on, it…read moretook me forever to get my money back; even then, I settled for less than what I was owed. He also left me with a temporary crown on an implant (1.5K) but after arguing with him, I was just worn down and I sucked it up and decided to get the permanent crown somewhere else. He also charged me for a set of x-rays (over 1K) which is something my insurance normally would have paid but he had just got a new piece of equipment he wanted to try out. He never told me I would have to pay for this, nor did he charge me until he knew I was leaving. When I first started going here, I had no problem but after the Pandemic, the whole atmosphere changed, and the vibe seemed off and really sketchy. And then the drama regarding the overcharges and hassle getting some of my money back, I was done. Just beware and if I were a new patient, I would get a receipt for every visit so I would have backup documentation should I ever need it.
