I found Dr. Gioiello on my dental insurance site and then looked him up on Yelp. I would like to thank those who Yelped before me, because this guy and his staff are GREAT!! He also left me with a temporary crown on an implant (1.5K) but after arguing with him, I was just worn down and I sucked it up and decided to get the permanent crown somewhere else. He also charged me for a set of x-rays (over 1K) which is something my insurance normally would have paid but he had just got a new piece of equipment he wanted to try out. He never told me I would have to pay for this, nor did he charge me until he knew I was leaving. When I first started going here, I had no problem but after the Pandemic, the whole atmosphere changed, and the vibe seemed off and really sketchy. And then the drama regarding the overcharges and hassle getting some of my money back, I was done. Just beware and if I were a new patient, I would get a receipt for every visit so I would have backup documentation should I ever need it.
