Who wants to go to the dentist...not me, not you. But when you lose a filling and call in a panic, they work you right in. It's clean and the people who work here are the BEST. And the dentist even called me the next morning to check up on me cause it was close to a nerve. I was impressed They play very zen like music. Soothing while you're in the chair, but I think it would get on my nerves after awhile. Give me some of the old time rock and roll....

I love this Place. Dr Head and Her assitant Mikah are two awesome people. Dr Head is a very gentle…read moreshe is very caring and listens to what your saying. Not only is she a great dentist she will go out of her way to work with your needs. I have had extensive work done. New top denture fits like a glove a extraction, new lower partial still have to wait a bit for that. Zoom whiting awesome and some cavities filled. Mikah always has a smile on her face when she works with you makes you feel very as ease She is super. The one thing that has kept me from giving this review a full 5 star is. You can tell this is corporate owned way over booked and the dentists just cant keep up with the corporate scheduling. You can imagine with all the work I have had done I have logged several hours there. I have seen these people work through lunches several times have seen all these same people work way past closing time, one time it was with me so its a known fact. I own a small business a piece of advise to the corporate big wigs its now always about the dollars your going to lose good dentists and workers and I have also seen customers walk out the door that you never got the chance to service because way over extending the staff and people waiting hour hourand half past appointment time. I went in for what I believed was a chipped tooth. I left being told I needed a full treatment plan…read moreinvolving extraction of three wisdom teeth, anesthesia, time off work for recovery, and I was required to pay $1,338 up front before any procedure was done. The treatment was presented as urgent and necessary, and the experience felt rushed and high pressure rather than cautious or exploratory. Something didn't sit right, so I sought a second opinion. That second opinion completely contradicted what I was told by Aspen. I was informed I do NOT need three wisdom teeth extracted at all. The only issue identified was a minor filling on a single tooth. The difference is not minor, it's thousands of dollars, major surgery vs. a routine filling, and significant time off work that would have been completely unnecessary! It is extremely concerning to go in for a suspected chipped tooth and leave being told I need major oral surgery, only to find out later that none of it was actually needed. Further, I have only received a partial refund for the surgery I was required to pay for up front!! I strongly recommend anyone receiving a major treatment plan or ANY care by this business to get a second opinion before agreeing to anything or providing payment. It's a scam!!

Dr. Hallock did not seem too concerned about the bone he left exposed after pulling my bottom teeth. The denture he made was not much of a denture. Too big for my mouth and made lots of sores that were hard to get rid off. I just stopped going and instead went to a dentist that was finally able to make the denture fit and cleared up the sores. I honestly would never use him again and have told friends and family not to go to him.

Nice try getting my review removed, but people deserve to hear the truth…read more Before I made the apt I advised them that I had a referall for a root canal but wanted an extraction instead, & asked if the dentist can perform the extraction to which they said "yes". But after meeting Hallock & seeing his blatant bias viewpoint for root canals, I'm wondering why in the heck I wasn't just referred to an Endodontist in the first place!? First off -- he was so annoyed from the get go but he was the one who was 45 minutes late. Don't be irritated with me when I'm polite & waited patently just because I requested an extraction for my first apt LOL He made unfair assumptions about me being a Holistic quack because I wanted a decayed tooth removed. He asked "how will you eat"? & "why remove it if its not hurting & there's very little infection?" Well DOC, if you would have BOTHERED to listen without making unfair assumptions, sighing & interrupting repeatedly & being so patronizing -- you would know that I've already seen multiple dentists about this tooth for the last 2 years & have had MULTIPLE root canals so I think I've had adequate time to think this over! I didn't appreciate his assumption that I'm making some rash decision. It's not one I made lightly, I even lost weight over this because we should not be pulling our teeth. But we ALSO shouldn't be getting root canals!! So people making these tough yet proper treatment choices need SUPPORT not discouragement! I wanted to get this over with but was instead met with a repetitive lecture. The last dentist who pulled my 2 root canaled/decayed teeth didn't fear monger or try to upsell me like a used car salesman! And FYI -- Credentials do not have a monopoly on knowledge, experience.. OR politeness which is clearly evident in this case. He had the worst bedside manner of any medical "professional" I've ever met & I've met quite a handful! He wanted to make sure I was "informed". Ok Doc well being "informed" is knowing that root canal teeth are DECAYED teeth! But dentists will grind down perfectly HEALTHY teeth to give you veneers while calling YOU crazy for wanting decayed teeth removed??!! OK LOL See where this is going? $$$! He clearly felt threatened & challenged by me actually being informed & choosing health over his bottom line -- so he rushed my appointment before saying he would do the extraction if I wanted. Ummmm ABSOLUTELY NOT! But he knew exactly what he was doing. He wanted me to be uncomfortable so I wouldn't do it. His "expert" opinion is that a 33 year old is too young to remove their teeth & that implants can fail. But wait -- root canals ALSO FAIL! As a matter of FACT the success rates ranging between 70-85% while IMPLANTS in general with proper care have a success rate of up to 98%!!!!! So why on EARTH would a dentist be so ignorant & try to scare me into spending MORE money in the long run to keep a DECAYING tooth when the data clearly shows that it's much healthier & cost effective in the long run to pull it while I'm still young & have a better chance of healing??? I could care less if we disagree or not -- but don't LIE & mislead people! Just because someone makes an unconventional choice doesn't make it wrong. Last but not least, I find it interesting how he URGED me the entire appointment to save that tooth but I literally JUST left an appointment from my new dentist who recommended I remove it after seeing the xray. LOL Interesting?! Point being -- trust your gut! He even gave me an option to put a crown on it instead of an implant so I advise anyone reading this to check out Dr. Zhang from zealous dental.

Last week I was suffering with horrible dental pain and wished I was back in Ohio to see Dr…read more Deister. I was referred to his practice by a work colleague who, like me, was plagued with dental problems. After a comprehensive exam I sadly needed a lot of work done. I had been in the Army for 7 years and I think they had a little too much fun experimenting in my mouth. Every single thing that the military had done needed re-done. Fillings were cracked, loose, and I had been given two root canals yet was not given crowns. It sucked. Dr. Deister, who also happens to be an Army veteran, came up with a treatment and more importantly a payment plan so I could get my teeth fixed. I am extremely satisfied with all the work he did to include saving 2 teeth that had broken to my jaw bone that another dentist told me was impossible. His staff was always happy and helpful including the office manager who handled my monthly payments. It is worth noting this is what I would call a "Christian practice". They don't preach or pray over you, but there is religious stuff lying around and I overheard several prayers being said with other patients. The building didn't burn down when I entered, and I was never made to feel uneasy because Jesus is not my homeboy but its something to be mindful of if you choose to come here. peace, love, and good booze ~ chase
