I get the bill and the procedure was $660. The office manager said the $120 was estimated. However, they neglected to tell me that they weren't a Guardian preferred provider (like Dr. Buchwalder was). They would have know that Dr. Leon was not a contracted dentist with Guardian and neglected to tell me that the procedure was "Out of Contract". Dr. Leon seemed like a good Dr. His staff was fraudulent.

Their "estimated" bill for the cavitites was $120. They said they checked with the insurance company! They neglected to tell me that the office was no longer a Guardian preferred office. Dr. Leon bought the business when Dr. Buchwalder left. The staff have been friendly and helpful. One of the first things Dr. Leon did was to sit down and ask me to tell him about myself (I was one of the first appointments of the day). He then told me a bit about himself. I'd come because I broke a molar. He explained my options and then let me choose. I later went back for routine cleaning. The cameras they use and screens on the wall are helpful for letting the patient understand what's going on. I feel that this office is a good team and works to do what's best for the patient. One of the hygienists said that she enjoys getting to know the families in this private practice - exactly what I enjoy in my office job. I definitely recommend Dr. Leon and his staff to take care of your dental needs.
