First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. They stand by you in every step of the process to ensure you're having the smoothest experience possible. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. I was easily able to schedule an appointment online where Laura e-mailed me soon after, to schedule an appointment for a day I requested. EASIEST PROCESS EVER! Can't all appointments be this easy? The day of my appointment I was treated with the upmost care by all of the staff here. Dr. Jiwon examined my teeth and could not have been more friendly. He was also very personable and for someone who hates going to the dentist, it was a painless process. I was able to get a teeth cleaning and exam for an hour and a half where I walked out with some free goodies, which was not provided at my last dental office. Plus, since I came in with that promotional postcard/reference and didn't need any dental work done, I was able to save that $100 credit for a future visit, just in case. After the procedure was done, I asked them whether I had some copay for that. They said no. And they strongly suggested me to have a deep teeth cleaning for next appointment. They showed me how much I should to copay for the deep cleaning. But 3 months late, they send me a statement about a balance of $85 without any explaining. I took it as a phishing email. I don't like teeth deep cleaning. I called the clinic 2 months before the second appointment. The front desk told me that they would talked with the doctors. I had to call the clinic again one month late for no answer. Finally 2 weeks before the second appintment, they sent me a text: They are concerned about my oral health, that's why they need to do deep teeth cleaning for me. They are unable to do just a regular cleaning. I had to cancel that appointment. Then they asked me to pay that $85 from my appointment in December, because they are out of network with my dental insurance company. What! I was really upset. I sended my insurance card to the clinic one day before the first appointment. No one told me that. the day I had regular teeth cleaning, no one mention that to me. The staff was highly unprofessional. No one said sorry about that. They texted me that no mistake was made. I had to pay that. To be fare, the regular teath cleaning procedure is okay. But I had an unpleasant experience with Dentistry In Bellevue.

Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

The office itself is very large and spacious, but it's the incredible staff that truly makes the difference. From the moment my two young girls (ages 4 and almost 6) and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm greetings from Britt Ann, the Front Desk Manager. The team instantly made my girls comfortable, which is key for any parent, especially at a dental office. If my girls are comfortable, than I am comfortable! Dr. Go was our dentist. Once we were in the exam room, Dr. Go and a couple assistants came in to help and chat/help with the girls. ALl of them were fantastic at explaining everything clearly to me, but also explaining what they would do to my girls and built a good foundation of trust from the get go. My kids weren't scared or nervous at all. They probably didn't even realize they were at the dentist! The following day, I came back to get my dental cleaning (it's that time of year for all of us to get our teeth checked). And again, the level of care was nothing short of exceptional. Many staff members went out of their way to stop in and say hello, even if I wasn't their specific patient. Dr. Go was my dentist as well. And to no surprise, she was very patient with me, and explained every step of the process to me very clearly, and outlined what areas I should focus on brushing on better at home. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. If I had to say there was one thing the office could work on, I would suggest having better signage out on the main room as it was hard to find the entry off of the street my first time getting there (the office is in the back of an office complex). But once inside, the 'going to the dentist' experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Spektor Dental, and Dr. Go!
