We were left waiting for our drinks and had to wait far longer than we should have without any communication or attention. The one person who truly stood out was Edgar. He noticed what was happening, stepped in, and kindly asked us to give him a chance to make things right. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about providing good service. We sincerely appreciate him for stepping up and making an effort to improve our experience. What was most disappointing was seeing the manager/owner, Henry Guzman, sitting at the bar drinking beers instead of overseeing the restaurant and making sure customers were being taken care of. Leadership sets the standard for a business, and when management appears disengaged, it reflects in the quality of service. I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism. Tin Marin has potential, but the customer experience starts with attentive management and better service. Edgar deserves recognition for doing his best to turn a disappointing experience into a better one.
