We've used Jolly Jumps a couple of times. We had my daughters 4th bday party yesterday. I reserved online the week before and was able to get the jumper I wanted. I received a call a couple days before and for one I guess the reservation is for 7 hours, I hadn't read that, the lady let me know. Then I had forgot that we needed chairs so I was able to add that over the phone. They dropped it off earlier than I had thought and picked up later too. The kids had a blast! The guys that dropped off and picked up were very professional and nice. Their business is kids and they did so well with my kids asking all sorts of questions. Big win! read more

We rented the Jungle bounce house for our son's 1st birthday party and it was a hit with the kids! It had a hoop inside so we gave the kids some balls to play basketball. Kept the kids entertain from 3 years old and up! It was clean too. The set up was quick and so was the take down. The process from beginning to end was smooth and easy! I am a lover of party rentals and jumpers, and have been renting them for years from other companies. This weekend I was in a pinch and this company saved my butt. So here's the deal, I had a jumper and tables and chairs all lined up for a party last Saturday night when my reservations fell through on Friday morning. I was panicking and calling tons of companies to see if I could get a jumper for the next day. My party was at night, and most companies said that it was too late to order or that I was going to be charged EXTRA because I wanted it after 6pm. I honestly started to panic. Then I found Jolly Jumps. Not only did he work with me on timing to drop off and pick up, because I had a crazy schedule this weekend, but he didn't charge me any more than what I had originally planned to spend anyways. They worked with me and helped me out. I felt like all of the stress was just lifted away because these guys really did work with me to make everything perfect for the party. Although their prices are a bit higher than other competitors but they often offer coupons and I must say their jumpers are bigger and its not those cheap ones that can be tilted/pushed over by bigger kids. The lady who confirmed my online order was nice and helpful. The guys delivered the jumper a bit early but they gave me a call to see if it was ok. They took their time to make sure that the jumper was set up properly and they cleaned inside a bit. Their representatives (Spencer I believe was my rep) are very professional and knowledgeable the delivery guys were punctual and respectful. They are very patient I called several times to add more to my order with no problem. One jumper looked brand new the second jumper (a lagoon) was a little tattered but still did the job and with the hit of the party). The tables and chairs could use a little paint (or replacing) they would be fine if you don't care about the overall look but I I am a detail oriented person and dingy scraped up chairs didn't add to the look of my party. read more
