Soo stressful! Drop off an pick up were both late. Promised a heads up but didn't get it. Ana likes to blame her helpers. Taking responsibility and apologizing for inconveniences will go a long way. I decided to reach out to this Party Rental Company to support small business, like their yelp page had only a few reviews. Through text, like their pictures state to do so in the comment, for any questions. After the text messages were sent, we reserved the tables and chairs for the day of our event. A week before the date, I reached out to re-confirm. No other texts were sent out, UNTIL 2 days before our event, we randomly received a call which the driver called to let me know he was on his way to drop of the tables and chairs in 20 minutes without any one letting me know in advance. I could have been miles away or in another state. I just wish there was a standard protocol, like phone call a week in advance to confirm date and a drop-off time and date, not a random phone call on a random day to drop off items. Also, driver stated he was doing to pick up the items, the day of my event. Oh Jesus!!!! After dropping them off, I stated that he needed to let me know of the pick up time in advance and guess what????? He texted me to let me know he was 20m away to pick up. I will use another rental company next time. Improvements: ****There must be a coordinator between the driver and the customer, or at least a better level of communication and customer service.
