Ordered the 22 Ft Freedom Extreme Water Slide for my wife's birthday in palm springs. Our friends loved it! It was nice to have it while it was 108 degrees out! The drivers set it up pretty quickly too and clean up was a breeze! Would defintely recommend, so worth it! read more

We used them this past weekend for granddaughters birthday. On the positive side , they were on time for drop off and pick up. Downside, the jumpy was filthy. Goldfish crackers, oreos crumbles and you could see the surface area was not clean. Also found a toy left inside If it was my business, I would come to pick it up with a little vacuum and sanitizer spray and rags and do a 10 minute clean up. I didn't see him clean it when he picked it up. My grandbaby is sick now and I wonder if he is sick because it probably never gets cleaned? He was a nice man but you all got to keep your equipment clean. read more

I am repeat customer: From start to finish communication is great. That's very important to me especially when I have so much going on that was one less vendor to worry about it. Day of delivery their drivers and employees texted their ETA, they were very kind and professional. The bounce houses are clean, no issues what so ever. read more

Jump N Party is always part of our party plans! We had used a few other companies in the past but the customer service was not good and prices just continued to go up so we found Jump N Party a few years ago and have never looked back... The jumpers are always clean and in prime condition, work properly and are the highlight of our gatherings! Pricing is fair and on point and Ashley is always so sweet and does a great job at communicating about drop off and pick up. Kyler usually does our drop off and pick ups and he gives us a good heads up as to when he is going to be there and is so friendly and quick with set up and tear down. We highly recommend them for your next party. read more

You guys! I called Jump N Party on Weds to order a bounce house for Sat and right away was greeted by the friendly office staff and confirmed a bounce house was avail in a short timeframe. Natosha was friendly and fast with taking the information she needed to secure the reservation. Gave me the price; paying was east and quick. There was effective communication via text messages all the way through pick up. Anthony was the delivery driver, and also great with communication. He arrived early and set everything up quickly and professionally. He was super nice and thorough with explaining when he would return to p/up bounce house. Great experience from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Jump N Party to friends and family. read more

I rented a water slide called the half pipe and a cotton candy machine . Both were a huge hit! We were celebrating my sons 8th birthday and everyone enjoyed it .from age 4 to adults we all went on it!! You can use the slide without water or with. Half the day we did without water and then when it warmed up we did the water . The Cotten candy machine was easy to use and had the instructions on the machine . Very easy to do . We had a lot of compliments on this particular water slide . At the top was steep but so fun!! We had jax who delivered and set up . He was very nice and had lots of knowledgeable information . He was very professional . Overall the experience was great ! From the customer service to the actual products was great! This is my second time renting from this company and I will continue to do so . read more

I hired this company to provide a waterslide, 2 tables, 12 chairs and a snow cone machine for my son's 12th birthday party. I scheduled them about two weeks in advance. I received a call-back the next day after leaving a message in the evening. I was quoted $373 for the package. The delivery driver showed up on the morning of and set-up this 20 ft. tall, 30 ft. long waterslide. It took about 30 minutes to set-up and took about an hour to fill up the attached pool. I asked him to set-up the hose and the sprayer that sprays water above the slide. There were about 10 kids there and they had a blast. We did have a few issues along the way. The kids were coming down the slide so fast and furious that the water in the pool was splashing out too fast so I had to disconnect the sprayer and leave the hose on in the pool. The kids had to occasionally spray the slide to keep in wet. Several of the kids had long scratches on them so I inspected the slide and found some exposed Velcro patches. it's too bad that there wasn't a good way to keep water in the pool and the sprayer on at the same time. The snow cone machine was a good addition as it was almost 100F outside so it was a nice cool treat. The driver showed up 30 minutes after the party was over to drain the slide and roll it up. We had awesome customer service! This was a pricey experience but the kids had a blast! Four stars! read more

The jumper was a hit at my daughter's 5th Birthday party! I also rented tables and chairs. The process of renting was seamless from beginning to end. The customer service was great! Jose did a great job setting up and breaking down. Thank you so much! read more

If I could give more stars I would. This company seriously saved my son's birthday party. After some miscommunication on our part regarding the clearance of our gate (not the company's fault AT ALL), it turned out the jumper I ordered would not fit through the gate. They were kind enough to circle back around to us after all their drop offs and bring us another jumper that was sure to fit through our gate. Ended up being the dance dome which I think was way more fun than a regular bounce house would've been. It was such a big hit at our party. They even made us the last stop for pick up to allow us more time since we had a late start. Everyone was so accommodating and professional from beginning to end. I will def be using this company again in the future. Sending a HUGE thank you to everyone at Jump'N'Party, especially our delivery/set up/pick up people. They were so gracious and really went out of their way for us. Thank you!!!! read more

We would like to thank Jump N Party and their amazing staff who came to our annual Cielo Vista Charter School Homecoming Festival. Very friendly young gentleman. Our children were over the moon with the inflatables, and we enjoyed many of the interactive inflatables for children between 6-14 years old. The interactive inflatables were the hit of the night. We cannot thank you again for your expertise when even our sprinklers came on (oops). We all problem solved very quickly. Look forward to using you all again for our next school functions. We won't use anyone else!! Thank you, Denise B, Cielo Vista Charter School, PTG Co-President read more

I rented The Captain water slide. This slide was amazing! The kids loved it and used the whole time! This was better than any water park and any amusement park! I felt safe and it's perfect for a hot day. 9/23/18 Rented from here again! I rented the cotton candy machine and tables/chairs. Ishmael dropped off my order and was very kind and helpful! Tito picked up my order and was very kind, he remembered me from the last party. The staff who took my order over the phone was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed! This is not the first time I've used this company. We've used them a little over a handful of times and I am just as impressed today as I was the first time we contacted them. Their jumpers are BIG! Their water jumper combos are great and this slip and slide inflatable was perfect for today (after weeks in lockdown). The customer service is always AMAZING. Today we had Rob and his children helping us out and they were so nice interacting with my kids during setup and takedown. Don't let the prices scare you. It is worth every penny! I have nothing but good things to say about Jumpin Party Inflateables! From initial contact to my follow up call after the party to ask a question, everything was great. When I first called to inquire about booking, I made sure to mention I found them on Yelp, so we received a promotional discount on our order. I want to say the first person I spoke with was Ashley, but I'm not sure. I also called the office a couple times the week prior to our party because we were threatened with rain, and Lorena was so kind and she patiently answered all my questions. The company called the day prior to our party to confirm details and state the delivery window. If it would be raining the day of the party, they wouldn't be able to deliver the jumper or the tables and chairs, with concern for their driver's safety. We were so nervous, just waiting to see what the weather would be like on the morning of our party, but knowing in advance that our deposit for the jumper would be credited to us for use at another time helped to ease our minds. Our prayers were answered and the morning of our party, there wasn't any rain! Ismael, our delivery driver, called to say he was 15 minutes away, and he arrived promptly around 10 AM. He was very professional, and he quickly set up the 4-in-1 combo jumper with slides. I must say, the Batman banner was in excellent condition and very cool for our party, and the whole inflatable was in bright primary colors and very good condition. Ismael came back to retrieve the equipment around 5:30 PM, and he was again very quick and professional taking down the jumper and the tables/chairs. He didn't complain that some of the items were wet, including the jumper. We were so glad to have the jumper for the kids at our party, because it really gave them something safe to be thoroughly occupied by! When there were showers sometimes during the party, the kids couldn't play on it, but overall I feel we got our money's worth with the fun they had on it. I would absolutely recommend Jumpin Party Inflatables to anyone in this area, and we plan to use them again in the future. read more

We had a great experience with Jump n Party! I was looking for a bouncer/slide combo that had an easy climb for little ones. Many I saw had skinny step & rope handles. This one had cubes for steps which made it simple for 2 year olds. Quite frankly, I didn't want a parent inside, boosting kids up, lol. Ashley called the day before to confirm the time. Day of, Tito let us know when he was 20 minutes away. Setup & pick up went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them! read more

They were ok. When they dropped off, they asked us if we wanted our jumper to be picked up at 8PM and we said sure. Our contract said between 6 & 8 pm for pick up. 2 minutes before 6pm they were at our home to pick up the jumper. What was the point of asking us? You can only rent it for a 6 hour window or something silly like that. I'd probably try out a different company just to keep all of them competitive and realize that service is important. I didn't like that in order for them to accept a credit card, you had to call them 24 hours in advance and they charged you a significant fee! In this day and age with technology....give the driver a cell phone and a mobile credit card app. read more

I ordered a 4-in-1 combo bounce house about two weeks in advance. The day of, I received no call for delivery, like I was told I would. Fortunately, I started calling them in the morning to follow up because they had forgotten about my order!! They were able to send out a driver, but it was being setup as guests were arriving. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Will I use this company again? Yes, I will give them another try. It was worth my kids being completely tired for two days after!! read more

I rented the basic pink and purple jumper this past Saturday for my daughters party. I made the reservation through the phone and it was such an easy and friendly process. I received a call the day before telling me when my jumper would be dropped off. I also received a call when they were 10 minutes away. Trevor was absolutely friendly and very helpful.
