I hired this company to provide a waterslide, 2 tables, 12 chairs and a snow cone machine for my son's 12th birthday party. I scheduled them about two weeks in advance. I received a call-back the next day after leaving a message in the evening. I was quoted $373 for the package. The delivery driver showed up on the morning of and set-up this 20 ft. tall, 30 ft. long waterslide. It took about 30 minutes to set-up and took about an hour to fill up the attached pool. I asked him to set-up the hose and the sprayer that sprays water above the slide. There were about 10 kids there and they had a blast. We did have a few issues along the way. The kids were coming down the slide so fast and furious that the water in the pool was splashing out too fast so I had to disconnect the sprayer and leave the hose on in the pool. The kids had to occasionally spray the slide to keep in wet. Several of the kids had long scratches on them so I inspected the slide and found some exposed Velcro patches. it's too bad that there wasn't a good way to keep water in the pool and the sprayer on at the same time. The snow cone machine was a good addition as it was almost 100F outside so it was a nice cool treat. The driver showed up 30 minutes after the party was over to drain the slide and roll it up. We had awesome customer service! This was a pricey experience but the kids had a blast! Four stars! read more

If I could give more stars I would. This company seriously saved my son's birthday party. After some miscommunication on our part regarding the clearance of our gate (not the company's fault AT ALL), it turned out the jumper I ordered would not fit through the gate. They were kind enough to circle back around to us after all their drop offs and bring us another jumper that was sure to fit through our gate. Ended up being the dance dome which I think was way more fun than a regular bounce house would've been. It was such a big hit at our party. They even made us the last stop for pick up to allow us more time since we had a late start. Everyone was so accommodating and professional from beginning to end. I have nothing but good things to say about Jumpin Party Inflateables! From initial contact to my follow up call after the party to ask a question, everything was great. When I first called to inquire about booking, I made sure to mention I found them on Yelp, so we received a promotional discount on our order. I want to say the first person I spoke with was Ashley, but I'm not sure. I also called the office a couple times the week prior to our party because we were threatened with rain, and Lorena was so kind and she patiently answered all my questions. The company called the day prior to our party to confirm details and state the delivery window. If it would be raining the day of the party, they wouldn't be able to deliver the jumper or the tables and chairs, with concern for their driver's safety. We were so nervous, just waiting to see what the weather would be like on the morning of our party, but knowing in advance that our deposit for the jumper would be credited to us for use at another time helped to ease our minds. Our prayers were answered and the morning of our party, there wasn't any rain! Ismael, our delivery driver, called to say he was 15 minutes away, and he arrived promptly around 10 AM. He was very professional, and he quickly set up the 4-in-1 combo jumper with slides. I must say, the Batman banner was in excellent condition and very cool for our party, and the whole inflatable was in bright primary colors and very good condition. Ismael came back to retrieve the equipment around 5:30 PM, and he was again very quick and professional taking down the jumper and the tables/chairs. He didn't complain that some of the items were wet, including the jumper. We were so glad to have the jumper for the kids at our party, because it really gave them something safe to be thoroughly occupied by! When there were showers sometimes during the party, the kids couldn't play on it, but overall I feel we got our money's worth with the fun they had on it. I would absolutely recommend Jumpin Party Inflatables to anyone in this area, and we plan to use them again in the future. read more
