They typically don't service La Jolla area, but she got approval to deliver there, and they were still better priced than others in San Diego area. They set up perfectly, even got our arch put together (which was a relief since it was one less thing to do), and broke down at the designated time. Their professionalism and service are top notch. They had the best and most competitive prices of any company that rents and drapes tents. They are a one stop shop, I rented tables , chairs, heat lamps, tables cloths, glitter table clothes , glitter runners, an easel, 20x20 tent draped with lights and a chandelier draped in two colors for around 800 dollars . YES ALL THAT FOR THAT PRICE and when I say YOU CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES, call around and you will see!!!!! Not only see their prices to speak about their customer service was also superior!!!!! Customer service was excellent I kept adding items and looking in their website Becuase they have so many great pictures. The communication was outstanding! They set up the morning Of my event and even came back by a few hours later to make sure everything was perfect after they left from setting up! When I say I am beyond pleased and happy with their service all around at every aspect I couldn't be more happier. Thanks sooooooo much Kay and A for making my event so amazing!!!! They helped point me in the right direction for a lot of the vendors I ended up booking and I am so glad that I did. Every recommendation they had was amazing! I used their beautiful farm tables for my guest seating and they were absolutely perfect. My sweetheart setup was more than I imagined, all the little detail pieces they brought really made it so beautiful. I had a memory table that I had tried to envision in one of my meetings with Kelly and it turned out even better than I had imagined. The photo booth rental was such a big hit with all our guests! They had 2 attendants to help take the pictures and they were friendly and fun! Bonus, the photo booth came with an album where my guests could leave a copy of their pictures and leave a note for us. This has been so much fun to look through! Nancy and Kelly, I can't thank you enough for all your help making my day everything that it was!

We had contacted several other vendors for price quotes as well, and even though Touched by Time is located in the Temecula area, they did not require a rental minimum or charge more for delivery for our Orange County wedding. Nancy and Kelly are the sweetest people and are so great to work with! We had an initial meeting with them to describe what we wanted and go over details and sign the contract. Then it was just email correspondence until about a month before our wedding date, we went to pick out our furniture! As of October 2019, they had just moved to a new warehouse space, consolidating all their inventory as well as their photobooth trailers. Nancy is great at suggesting what furniture pieces will go with what and picking out accessories and reassuring you that everything will look exactly how you want it to look. We rented two lounge furniture sets (couch, chairs, table, and a bunch of accessories), an arch, donut wall setup, giant jenga and corn hole. They arrived on time, set everything up and was great about working with the restrictions of our venue. Super fair pricing (they had the best pricing for an arch!), super sweet people, highly recommend!! If you are a dog person, they have the sweetest dogs as well!!
