Let me put it this way... I will never NOT use this company for my rental needs! They have been my go-to for the last 4 years between my kids birthday parties, and I've never been disappointed! This year we booked a rental for the end of March, and little did we know a pandemic was going to change those plans for us. I ended up emailing to postpone my booking due to COVID and they were so completely understanding. They said to just let them know when we need the rental and we would be all set. Well, 8 months later and last minute, I emailed Jolly Jumps about my rental from March that was postponed, and within 15 mins they got back to me and had me in the calendar! Jolly Jumps came out this weekend to host our movie by the pool event for our community. The movie screen and set up was great, everyone loved the snow cones and cotton candy, and the laser tag was awesome. The crew showed up on time, set up quickly and were all very nice and helpful. We have used this company too many times to count over the last 3 years- birthday parties, Thanksgiving dinners, baby showers, etc. We have rented multiple jolly jumpers, water slides, tables, chairs, and linens. Every single time their customer service throughout the ordering process has been excellent. Holly in particular is great! I have spoken with her many times when ordering and she's always very helpful. Everything always arrives on or even ahead of time, jumpers are always clean, and the set up/take down crews are always great too. They run great coupons and specials through their website so always look there to see what they have going on before you order. I don't even know where to start!! The staff is excellent. I have used this company two years in a row now for our daughter's birthday parties, and we will never use anyone else! They had the specific themed jumpers I wanted both times. (a brown horse for a cowgirl party, and The Little Mermaid!) Their pricing is GREAT. I needed tables and chairs this year too, and they had what I wanted. The girls on the phone are always polite, prompt and helpful. The drivers are young guys who are polite, respectful, quick and clean with their setup! and ON TIME! The boy we had this year was sent to our home instead of the party address (my fault in communications) and he didnt even flinch, just cheerfully got the correct address, and was on his way. They are even able to send face painters\characters. I will be using them again, and have recommended this company to all the moms I know! read more

I was stern, demanding and was looking for not only equipment but staffing from there company to create a "Kid Zone" at my corporate event. Josh worked with me diligently and at various parts of the day and evening until I was able to order exactly what I needed.
