So yesterday my son and I came into this location for dinner. I had ordered the 10 piece chicken bucket. I wanted 6 spicy 4 regular and all thighs. The friendly person behind the counter gladly took my order. After paying for my dinner Ashli came from behind the counter and came up to me and informed me that I was not allowed to have all ten pieces in thighs. I told her I'd gladly pay extra for them she told me no it's not allowed so as disappointing as that was her explanation was worse. So my son and I went to find a seat the only table available was dirty. So I went back to Ashli to ask her if she could have someone clean the table after about 4 minutes I went back to her and asked a second time she then raised her voice to me and told me someone was there cleaning I went back to the still dirty table and waited again after a few more minutes I went back to Ashli and asked again she then yelled at me stating I'm getting your food ready I said to her what good is that if I can't sit down to eat she then gave my food to me and I had to stand next to my table and wait for them to clean. The food was good the service I received was the worst. I'd rather go to the jolliebee on rainbow and be treated like I was appreciated for eating there than this place on eastern and be treated like I'm a bother to them. Fuck this place. If I can give this place zero stars, I would!! The staff are clueless and not friendly. They need to retrain all the staff, they don't know how to work the register and don't know the menu at all. I watched them give wrong orders when I was dining in. They go out and hand all the to-go orders to the wrong cars. They asked every single if it was their order. They have no system in place. The service was very slow, my order took 15 mins when there was at least ten employees working and it wasn't busy at all. Two guys in the back cooking the chicken are not wearing a mask the whole time. The place is not clean for being brand new restaurant. The food was not the greatest, the spaghetti didn't have any seasoning, it was very plain sauce. I also saw a bug underneath my table. My whole experience was terrible. They just opened not too long ago. I am one who likes to read reviews but that doesn't deter me from trying places such as this one. I often believe that there will usually be more bad reviews as people are motivated to do so when upset/ unhappy. Now that I got that out of the way. Here is my review: I was pleased with the customer service and the food. This is a fairly new spot so being perfect is not something I would expect. I'm not sure what happened with the previous customers who wrote 1-star reviews but it probably wouldn't hurt giving it one more try. My husband has been to this new location twice now and we still have nothing to complain about. The food is great. The portion size is great. The service is great; everyone has been kind and respectful. My sister's family also has nothing but good things to say about this new location. I'm thrilled that it's close by to my house. They have workers outside taking orders to help speed up the line like chick fil a does but I think they're still learning how to regulate the drive through line and being efficient. Horrible experience at this location. We went to the drive thru and ordered the bucket B the girl Gretchen who was working at the drive thru already had an attitude for what reason I don't know maybe she hates her job or just having a bad day, so fine we let that go we get to the drive thru and she takes my payment did not even say anything another person came to the drawer then informed me that the spicy chicken was going to take about 10 minutes and that was okay. So we waited and waited and 20 minutes passed mind you they said 10 minutes I decided to go inside. When I got inside I got greeted from another girl and I informed her that I was just waiting for my spicy chicken bucket. She then proceeded to give me an attitude and stated " yeah I know what was your order?" Like ma'am I just told you it was a spicy chicken bucket !!! At this point I just started to get irritated because of the attitudes I was receiving left to right. To add to that they didn't even have my order ready, they were preparing other people's order before mines when clearly those people ordered after me. So I decided to inform the other girl that next time they should let people know that there is a wait and be more efficient and to not give out attitudes when they're in the wrong to begin with. Got the $hits after eating here to the point where I felt stomach pain, shivers, dehydration and like I needed to vomit all at once! I do enjoy Jollibee, but the service was horrible! The girls were so rude and they did not care about us as customers. I went today at 4:30pm and the girls had the worst customer service that I have EVER experienced. I am always nice to workers regardless, so I gave them no reason to be upset. Even my boyfriend felt like I was being too nice for their rudeness. The girl that gave the food to us at the front was very impatient while I was pulling out the receipt because I wanted to make sure that the food she had in her hands was ours and not another customers. When I confirmed that we had the correct order number (which took me no more than 10 seconds I may add) I was barely holding onto the food that was in her hands by the time she walked away and said, "Have a Jollibee day." So, she basically didn't even wait for me to have the food in my hands before she let go. The body language, attitude (voice, body, and eyes), and tone in her voice was extremely unprofessional.
