I don't know if she's still there, but I would not trust a vet clinic with a rude receptionist with my pet. It is also the reason why the myth that vets are in it for the money is going around. Not only that, but I was given a quote on how much blood work would cost. All I did was ask questions & maintained a curious, neutral tone. I didn't complain once but the male vet nurse was like "That's the price, if it's too much you can go somewhere else." Mind you, I didn't say a word nor was I going to say anything about the price. So I went to Alondra Animal Hospital. Not because of the price, but the overall positive vibe this clinic has. And it turns out, Alondra Animal Clinic charges $190 for their blood work! At the time Quality Animal Clinic was charging $300 & seeing in these reviews that people have been having trouble getting their bloodwork back I'd say I dodged a bullet because I was thinking about giving this place a second chance. The receptionists at Alondra Animal Hospital are also very sweet. Which makes it extra easy to get bloodwork done every year & not want to go anywhere else. They also don't shame you if you're low income, they'll direct you to affordable options. As for the staff at "quality": If you're burnt out, just go into another field. You don't have to work in the industry if you've grown to dislike it. Do what makes you happy. If this is what makes you happy then hire trained people or people who are not burnt out yet, revamp the "quality" of your clinic because this is a whole mess & it's disappointing because I wanted to support a black owned vet clinic. Whoever you send your blood work to, break that relationship with them & find a better lab because it sounds like they are ruining the "quality" of your business.
