I had to load and unload a lot of things between my van to the studio, and I have to tell you it's really inconvenient. But it has nothing to do with this studio because it is the building that had set up this security feature of the front door. Basically the front door gets locked after 6PM. You can open it only from inside, which is fine by itself, but the door is programmed so you can keep it open for 30 seconds or something. If the door is open for more than the set time, the door gets locked and cannot open again until they call the security and go through the procedure of resetting the door. People who use the facility are very happy about the facility itself, but they don't like the way the front door works. But they do have super expensive equipments so I understand it. I moved my stuff to the right in front of the front door, then put a few items at a time. Put a few items in and close the door. Then scan the motion sensor and open the door from inside and do a few more items. It really takes two persons to just load and unload because the door has to be closed so many times just to avoid the shut down of the system. You can move a lot of stuff alone, but it'll take forever. On bringing my stuff in and taking my stuff out, on both times someone helped me. I wish there's a solution to this because being have to bring equipments is common to TV productions. With all my complaints about the complicated front door, I give 5 stars because CreaTV didn't choose to have the front door situation. It seems it's a combination of the building management and regulations.

We figured we'd just repeat a few words for the sake of a ceremony and move on... BUT THEN! We found Carol - the sweetest, caring reverend who added so many ornate intricate details to the ceremony and made it extra special for all guests. ** THE LEAD UP ** Carol spent time getting to know us personally, something not all officiants do. She also gave us homework that made us feel vulnerable with each other, and that made us feel closer together. I always thought couples counseling was for people who had issues, but it turns out you can feel closer together even when you didn't think it was possible! ** THE CEREMONY ** Carol was able to suggest things like a candle lighting, and chiming of a spiritual bowl in the beginning, but also added some lighthearted funny jokes within her speech. She brought our families closer together during the ceremony, and a found a way to get everyone involved when I thought originally it would just be my husband and I going down the aisle. Everyone was so touched by the ceremony, they mentioned this was certainly the highlight of the night -- many friends who have hearts of stone were moved and even teared up. :) Glad we were able to touch the hearts of all our friends and family with the help of Carol. TLDR: Carol is truly amazing, brings spiritual elements and families closer together when you didn't think you could be any closer. I cannot wait to meet up with Carol again.

We weren't afraid to say our vows to each other in front of our friends and family because she helped us to feel so confident in the words we were saying to on another. We fully trusted Carol, her help and her ability to guide the ceremony. We highly recommend meeting with Carol. Without her we wouldn't have been pushed to write the vows we needed to for one another. We may not have taken the time to reflect so deeply and in depth on our relationship and that would not have produced such a genuine exchange between us and our friends and families through the ceremony. He even met with us at the venue to do a walk through! I really appreciated how candid Jesse was when I asked for advice on lighting in my venue (Oceano Hotel and Spa). Since the ballroom didn't have tracks to place pinspotting on the ceiling, he let me know of the alternatives. The alternative was to have 12ft posts draped in white to pinspot the centerpieces. The posts were not an eyesore at all and the lighting was gorgeous. I changed my mind on several occasions on what kind of lighting I wanted and he was really patient with all my change requests. He worked with the venue to coordinate everything and I had no worries on the day of my wedding that the lighting would be handled. I would definitely recommend Impact Lighting for any special event. The lighting (pinspotting, uplighting and spotlight) truly made a huge difference on the ambience of the event.

Patrick even took the extra time to prepare a Mandarin translation of our script, so that we could have a bilingual ceremony out of respect to our non-English-speaking guests.
