Tried this place on several different occasions and even tried switching techs but still poor work and poor customer service. Made appointment with someone, showed up to receive someone other than I requested. Thinking maybe their work would be good, no it was awful. Bubbling nails. Uneven shape. Waited forever for someone to come do a design, 25 mins later decided I couldn't wait anymore and they still charged me for the design I never received. Save your money go elsewhere. All of the times I have gotten my nails done here I have left disappointed. read more

Excellent customer service. Prices are amazing. Mimi served me up and she was so nice and friendly, great work too. Went in for a mani/ eye brow waxing and cannot complain at all. The environment is so awesome. read more

I had an appointment here and Jenny started on my gel removal. She wrapped my nails in aluminum and told me she'd be going to the restroom. I waited for a while, and 2 other people who had sat down after me were already getting their nails painted! I decided to leave and Jenny just got done waxing someone while she insisted that she would be in the restroom. The receptionist tried offering me a discount and Jenny tried to fix my nails. I just said I'd be going somewhere else and walked out. Not only was I waiting for over 15 minutes for her "bathroom break" but she lied! Never coming here again. read more

My mother and I have been going here for awhile now and just today my mother was charged an extra $30 for gel that she never received. She tried to tell them many times that the price was wrong and tried to get a refund but they would refuse. Never going back there again. read more

Love coming here for Jenny. I followed her here from another nail salon. Never disappointed! Place is very clean & service is very friendly

I was looking for a new salon for a pedicure. I happened upon this place and walked in to give it a try. The ladies at the reception were not very friendly, but said I would only have to wait 4 minutes (turned into more like 15). The lady that came to do my pedicure again was not very welcoming or friendly and continued to push for me to upgrade the $33 classic pedicure I chose. She kept insisting I should add the callus remover. I declined several times which seemed to annoy her. She then proceeded to give me my pedicure and deliberately avoided scrubbing my heals with the stone. I certainly didn't expect her to go overboard in scrubbing my heels, but expected the scrub which normally comes with a pedicure. Also, the polish job was subpar to say the least with a lot of missed areas at the tips and polish that wasn't cleaned up on my skin. Definitely not worth the $33 plus tip. I did only give her $3, but certainly would have tipped her more if I was happy with the service... read more

I decided to give this place another try as the first time i went there I was not pleased. I got a gel manicure and classic pedicure. The ladies that were doing my nails were extremely rude and did not do a good job at all. The lady doing my toenails cut them too short and hurt me and the shapes are uneven on most of my toes. The lady doing my nails kept telling me to "hurry up" to put my nails inside the light for the gel??? Even though I was not doing anything to slow her down so I did not understand. Yes it is very nice inside which explains why they are also very expensive and I was not happy paying for that price especially for the job they did. Not worth it at all I will not be coming back here. read more

decided to come here last minute and was lucky that they took me in right away. there was a lot of staff available, Linh was really sweet and did my dip nails very fast ! read more

Great Pedis! Organized, professional, clean and very friendly!! Price is a bit higher but you get what you pay for:)

I love going to Ruby for my nails she always knows the exact shape and size I want it I'd recommend her to anyone.

First time here and loved it!! will definitely come back Brenda did and awesome job and took her time to make sure my nail shape was perfect and was very nice and polite. read more

Sadly I've had two bad experiences here with gels. They just don't do a good job. I've had to come back on two different occasions because my gel was lifting and/or chipping within days of having it done. For as expensive as their gels are, this shouldn't be happening. On the second time it happened, they charged me to fix it because I didn't remember the name of the tech that originally did it. I didn't remember her name because she never told me, didn't speak to me, and didn't offer me anything to drink. The environment is nice, very clean, but for the price and the consistently bad service, I won't be returning. read more

I just absolutely love my new nails that miss ivy did for me thank you so much sweetie read more

This was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The tech spent max 7 minutes on my nails. I felt like it was extremely rushed and they looked the same as when I came in. I had originally made appointments for my dad and I at 11am and by 11:20 they still hadn't started his service but had taken another customer back and started hers. We made appointments two days prior because we had plans later in the day and didn't have time to waste. If someone had told us there would have been a wait, we would have been more understanding and just rescheduled. The "manager" didn't seem very concerned inconveniencing us or that they were almost 30 min late for his appointment. Her attitude was very unprofessional. Their customer service is embarrassing and they are extremely unorganized. I will never go back after my experience today. Such a waste of time and money. read more

I went to jojo nails a couple months ago for the first time. My experience was a 10/10. The shop is so clean and everyone is so polite. Ivy is amazing and had such a great personality. JoJo nails is the BEST nail salon i've been to. read more

I'm newer to the area and needed to find a new nail salon...let me tell you! The people here are so nice! The woman who did my pedicure was the sweetest and was very welcoming! Did a great job on my toes! Making this my new nail place read more

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. The location is BEAUTIFUL but the owner is a douchebag who got in my mom and sisters face and was pointing at them bc the DIP was done WRONG on their hands and the manager had nerve to call myself, mom & sister "you Hispanic people". It was beyond rude, disrespectful and uncalled for. I will never return to this place due to the unprofessional owner and manger of this place and I have told all my friends not to return here either. If you want to get DIP and have it done right I recommend Elegant Nails & Spa in Glendora, the owner is super nice and everyone is so friendly and they do a great job. Gel and pedicures are almost dummy proof you can't mess that up. But if you don't like your service and think you're gonna get your money back, YOU'RE WRONG you won't so if you get a shitty service you still pay for it regardless if you like it or not. Yesterday I went into JoJo nails to get my nail fixed and they were very generous to fixing it for me. But, as I was getting my nail fixed the nail tech offered to re-shape all my nails, and re-paint all of them and I told her okay about re-shaping them and that I didn't need them all re done. She was finishing up my nail that was broken and began telling me "you know whatever you need I will do it for you and if you don't like something you tell me and I'll fix it" I told her thank you and she then proceeded to tell me "since I did this for you, you can take down your bad yelp review since we're a new business" I told her, my previous review had nothing to do with anyone inside it had to do with the owner of JoJo nails and the manager associated. I walked up to the front and told the receptionist the same thing and she explained they were a new business and I told her that I didn't appreciate how the owner and manager disrespected my mother and sister and I told her I would consider giving them another try but after being felt like I was being pressured into taking it down because they "did this for me" was just wrong. I will not be taking down my yelp review nor like I said returning to JoJo nails. read more

Kevin and Jenn were very helpful from helping me pick out polish to making sure I always had a beverage in hand. Plus the chandeliers are so gorgeous and the decor is wonderful. This is the cleanest and most beautiful nail salon I've ever been to. My nail technicians were so polite and kept a conversation going. I'll definitely be back. read more

My first time here for pedicure. Great environment, very relaxing. Ruby was so good and made my experience here more enjoyable. She's so professional and does a great job! I'm so picky about the nail salons but I totally recommend this place. read more

I love jojos nails with my entire heart. Beautiful on the inside! Free mimosas! Yes please! Lisa is thee best and does a great job at acrylics, will do what you want perfectly read more

My first time here and I enjoyed the experience. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't do pedicures and manicures at the same time, so I've spent a couple of hours getting a mani/pedi. The staff are friendly and the salon is very clean, prices are reasonable. read more

Has this place opened for business yet? I have come twice and the doors are locked? I thought the business opened a few months ago? Please provide an opening date. read more

Super slow service and overpriced. Nice enough staff and great decor but doesn't make up for time wasted and money spent on a mediocre pedicure read more

Went to get coffee and the cashier asked where I was headed, I mentioned I was looking for a new nail salon since I was unhappy with where I was originally going. She said try JoJo's nails located in Glendora. I looked them up and they were able to get me an appointment that very day. My nails were taken care of by CyCy, and its the best decision I made. I now come here frequently only to get my nails done by CyCy and even referred my Aunt to her. This place is clean, relaxing and trendy. read more

This is my first time here, this place is so pretty the staff is very friendly and the service was great. I'm very pleased with the way my pedicure came out the exfoliating treatment was amazing. Thank you Anh I'll be coming back soon. read more

I made an appointment via Yelp for a pedicure on a Saturday for Sunday. They quickly responded and I was set for the next day. It's a very sparkly salon and staff is friendly. My technician was Linda and she was gentle cleaning up my nails. I appreciate that. Little things like the water or paraffin wax not being overly hot was a nice change from other salons. I also appreciated Linda's attentiveness- she was always checking to make sure things were to my satisfaction. I love having a really good salon near my home and plan to return. read more

Jenny does an excellent job. She is friendly, kind and provides great customer service. I am always happy with her work. She does my gel manicure, pedicure and waxing. I am always 100% satisfied with the quality of work. She also does my mom and daughter's nails. I trust her work so much that I had her do my daughter's first eyebrow waxing. We were pleased once again. read more

Love this place! If your skeptical about nail salons, don't be! This place is great, beautiful, and clean. I've been coming here for quite some time now. The service is incredible and the prices are reasonable. All of the technicians know what their doing and listen to your needs. Never had a negative experience here. read more

Mimi & Lina were great. Took their time, therefore my nails & toes came out great. A very clean and well kept nail salon.

First time here and I'm leaving super relaxed and satisfied! I've been waiting for this nail spa to open since I've been looking for a new place, they did not disappoint! I loved this place! I got a basic mani and pedi for $36! Great deal I did pay extra for the callus treatment but it was worth it. They have great customer service and offered me a mimosa!:) The only thing I was bummed about was my nails started chipping the next day and by day 3 they looked like I needed to paint them again I did get regular polish so maybe I'll try gel next time other than that this place is great and I will be returning read more

Beautiful and exquisite salon. Loved my first visit and will be back for sure. Started with the best receptionist ever. Kind, welcoming and very friendly. I was lucky to get the owner Ivy who did my fill -Great job! Anh did my pedicure - great job. You really feel like a princess - and everything is just so nice . read more

It's definitely gone down hill since they opened. I made an appointment today for a fill and pedicure. I got my pedicure but never received the fill despite reminding them that I scheduled one. They never asked if I would like something to drink despite mimosa being served to everyone else. I'm am really disappointed with their lack of professionalism. read more

My gel nails were done wrong and I had to come back to be corrected. To expensive for the service

8/14/2018 PLEASE READ ME!!! Upon arrival, the ambience is very inviting. The front desk was great at first, but in the end it was a disastrous experience. I expressed the work I needed to be done and was quoted 40 dollars for everything. I thought thought the price was ok for the ambience, and the previous reviews noted that they had a terrific experience. Do not be deceived by their star rating, this place is an absolute joke, their such liars and they way they do business is suspect. I was told I was going to be given the best nail person in the building, at least that is what the owner expressed to me anyways. I explained the work I needed to done and right off the back he seemed like he had a problem with my nails and the work that I wanted done, and he said they don't do that their. After telling him over and over again that I didn't want my real nails to be cut, just the acrylics taken off, he just started cutting my fingernails off. All different shapes and sizes, and he was so rude about it that the nails were being clipped off so aggressively that they were being flung into the spaces of the people next to me. Which proceeded with rude comments from other customers because this man was so aggressively cutting my nails like an animal that they were literally being flung at people. I told him to not cut them so short because he was actually cutting into my skin. He didn't listen, not only that but he cut them all different lengths and shapes. Awful just awful. Then when it came time to paint my nails, he ended up putting acrylics on my nails, after I said I wanted just my nails. I was so annoyed, and could not believe that he seemed so in a rush and that he would do such a poor job. I explained that he was hurting me and all he said was "what do you want me to do, I am doing the best that I can". Really?! coming from the owner that this guy was the most respected guy in the joint because he is their best employee. Jesus I wonder how the rest of them do work then. Then it came time to my toes, and the lady was barely touching my feet. She didn't even want to clean them up, she pretty much just clipped them and painted them, not a massage or treatment or anything for my cuticles. Same thing happened with the guy and my hand nails. Not only that but the lady messed up my paint on my toes and she realized it. She said if I wanted the toe repainted it would be an extra 3 dollars. I was furious, for a mistake she did for a few strokes of paint, she wanted me to pay her 3 dollars for that mistake? Good heavens, this wasn't even the worst part, when I proceeded to check out, they not only charged me 60 dollars but the lady lied and told me that she only told me 60 instead of 40 even after verifying with her while the gentleman was cutting my nails that the total amount was 40 (This including a full cleaning of my nails both toes and hand nails, which ended up being charged an extra 15 dollars in the end when he never cleaned around the nail). Lastly beware of the glue they put on the nails, its literally been burning since I left and all my nails look like they were hot glued on. Absolutely awful, avoid the gentleman in this place because he will literally cut into your skin because he doesn't care about you. I don't how this place is still open. read more

We enjoyed our pedicures and had excellent service from Lena and Kate- thank you! This is a beautiful new place for mani/pedis!
