All very nice quality and have been used 8.5 months now and still look brand new. The stuff is expensive but this is our first baby so we really wanted items that were new and built well. I agree with some reviews that Martha and Jim are very nice folks and they didn't pressure us, although their recommendations were some of the more expensive items they had, which we didn't go with. We went middle of the road for what we wanted and could afford. Overall definitely check this place for baby furniture. If you want a cheap $200 crib though, don't waste your time. Really nothing here we saw was below $400.

This is a review for both the Boston HUB and UPPAbaby in general…read more First and most enthusiastically - WOW! It is rare, even when dealing with luxury brands, to receive the level of hospitality and customer care that I have experienced with UPPAbaby. If it is your goal to make the experience of interacting with your brand feel like a relationship and not a transaction then you have achieved that and more. After owning an UPPAbaby stroller for over two years I can say that I have only positive things to say about your product, your brand, and your employees. I often find myself extolling your virtues to complete strangers whenever I find the opportunity. Keep up the great work

The ladies working here are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you find what you need. They also have a "wish list" that you can put your name on (if you're in the market for a particular item) and they'll call you if it comes in. Yes, the products and toys are beautiful and fun but the service is what I'm here to write about. Tiffany was amazing and pretty much knows something about every product in the store. Tiffany went above and beyond for me while looking for a personalized gift and I'm super grateful. Thanks Tadpole!

Luckily I bought the protection plan , so I thought . They sent a technician out he inspected base and said it needs a new motor.
