All very nice quality and have been used 8.5 months now and still look brand new. The stuff is expensive but this is our first baby so we really wanted items that were new and built well. I agree with some reviews that Martha and Jim are very nice folks and they didn't pressure us, although their recommendations were some of the more expensive items they had, which we didn't go with. We went middle of the road for what we wanted and could afford. Overall definitely check this place for baby furniture. If you want a cheap $200 crib though, don't waste your time. Really nothing here we saw was below $400.

She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge - I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost - and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong!! I mean, details are kind of important, don't you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I'd save your frustration (and money) and go somewhere else.
