He took me to an aisle where an assortment of power cords were ranging in various sizes., lengths, and outlet choices. We quickly located a #10 size cord however they only had it in 50 feet lengths which was not what I was looking for. We found exactly what I was wanting in #12 gauge. It was 2 feet long and had 3 outlets. He also suggested I might consider making my own extension cord if I absolutely needed #10 gauge and didn't want 50 feet. He showed me their #10 gauge that was available, but I decided to pass on this option. In the end, I purchased the 2 foot length of #12 gauge. It has the 3 outlets and is rated at 15 amps. It should be sufficient for my needs, and at just under $13, I thought it was reasonably priced. This place has everything a homeowner needs ...and then some. Great service and competitive prices, I'm going with 5 stars!

I get it, sometimes checks bounce, and if a business keeps the lines of communication open I will work with them. So I waited a week or two. Then called the office and spoke to the office manager. That was it, nothing. Since then they have not returned my calls and will not get back to me. Today, the office number has been disconnected. the mobile number is still active and the owner still will not answer my calls. If in the event I ever get paid, I will update my review, but as of right now I doubt that's going to happen.

A big sticker on the rake said "15 year warranty" that made me feel like it must be good quality. The first time I used the rake it caught a weed root bending the metal into a triangle. Never had a rake bend like that. Cheap quality even compared to Walmart or anywhere. I tried to return it but they said "they" wouldn't allow it because it wasn't really broke just bent. I'm too poor to pay more for a worse tool. Tractor Supply actually honors their warranties. They even asked me if I had a receipt. When I showed they they receipt showing I purchased the rake less than a week before, they came up with another excuse. I'll never go there again. I don't like paying more for a tool that doesn't even last a week.

They offered to order one but informed them I would buy it elsewhere. Went home and ordered the same item off of Amazon for a few dollars more but at least I didn't waste my time. All these big box stores are increasingly poorly managed with generally indifferent employees.
