They claimed an email was sent but neither one of us received it (we checked our junk email too). What irritates me the most is how the person in the store reacted by saying they have to do this because of no shows. Ok, I get that but other businesses deal with this but sending you a text to confirm or they take a credit card to hold the appointment. It's just a pretty poor way of doing business. Don't give this place your business. Find other providers. By the way, we called Stanton Optical after this fiasco and they scheduled us right away. And no need to confirm through email.

He seems skilled at matching his style to the person. Again, his exam was meticulous, and his explainations were exactly what we needed. Finally, outome. Best damn glasses ever, beating my all time favorite from seven years ago. Over to the optical shop, where prices reminded me that it was Walmart. The staff goes out of their way to take care of the customers, more so than any other business I've been to. If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. Zero stars! I'm not sure what these idiots do, honestly! Don't waste your time trying to deal with…read morethis eye clinic. I had an eye exam from them once and everything was fine. Today I went back to get another eye exam and they would not give me an appointment and gave me a lame excuse why not. They say right on their yelp information that they do eye exams and they don't do routine eye care now. I've gotten way better service in Mexico and I'll go back to Mexico and won't even need an appointment and after the exam I can get my glasses in a couple of hours. If I want better scratch resistant lenses, it takes about a week and they mail the glasses right to me. Sure, I have to pay cash and drive south of the border but the eye exam and glasses are less expensive and the service is great! New Mexico medical care invariably is horrible but there are good doctors here but they're few and far between.
