I get it, sometimes checks bounce, and if a business keeps the lines of communication open I will work with them. So I waited a week or two. Then called the office and spoke to the office manager. That was it, nothing. Since then they have not returned my calls and will not get back to me. Today, the office number has been disconnected. the mobile number is still active and the owner still will not answer my calls. If in the event I ever get paid, I will update my review, but as of right now I doubt that's going to happen.

A big sticker on the rake said "15 year warranty" that made me feel like it must be good quality. The first time I used the rake it caught a weed root bending the metal into a triangle. Never had a rake bend like that. Cheap quality even compared to Walmart or anywhere. I tried to return it but they said "they" wouldn't allow it because it wasn't really broke just bent. I'm too poor to pay more for a worse tool. Tractor Supply actually honors their warranties. They even asked me if I had a receipt.
