He was right, the plumbing is old. He did a quick check on flow and he says the flow is fine and did not need snaked. I had stated to him that Snaking it has fixed it in the past and that normally fixes it for a period of time. he gave me an estimate on snaking the pipe that wasn't that bad. He also suggested that the wall box for the washer needed to be raised. I said that seems like an easy fix and then all went to hell, he started accusing me of arguing with him and then said if I was so smart and wanted to do everything myself there was no reason for him to be there. I had no want to do it myself since this is the reason I called him as this is a rental property that I have been working on for a few days. then he basically went to full yelling . Even going to the point of asking me if I was threatening him. Also said I cannot be from Tennessee because of how I was acting. This tech has a very weird and slight anger trigger that is not good for customers and he had a young boy with him that should never been exposed to this kind of none sense. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and can get some control, as a customer I was very disturbed by his action because a customer should be able to ask a question without verbal assault.

It was always clogging and turning into a headache. We picked up a high powered tall toilet from Lowe's and called Tier One. They were able to come the same day and install the new toilet. Whoever had installed the original toilet idiotically used grout to seal the toilet to the ground. The guys who came were able to remove the old one with no problem and install the new porcelain throne. Everything went smoothly and they didn't make a mess like other plumbers I have used in the past. The cost of their services are a great value and they are a trustworthy company which is something you can't put a price on.

I have used Four Leaf HVAC in the past with success.  I thought I could trust them until I had four…read moretoilets replaced about six months ago.  One of the toilets was not sealed properly and water leaked under the tile with every flush,  It went into the bathroom wall and wasn't noticed until mold began appearing behind the toilet.  We had to tear out the whole bathroom and wall to get at the problem.  I contacted Bill at Four Leaf, and he came out telling me that he would turn the matter over to his insurance company.  Nothing ever came of this and now he isn't returning my calls.  Mistakes can happen, but failure to accept responsibility for them is not acceptable for a businessman.  I am facing $8,000 to $10,000 to repair my bathroom.  If he would talk to me, he would know that I only ask from him or his insurance company $2,000.  So now I have no choice but to advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere for HVAC and plumbing services because Four Leaf does not stand behind their work and cannot be trusted.
