I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. I had an adult issue and I needed to solve in like an adult. By having someone else fix it. I know my strengths. I'm not very handy and I don't have the wherewithal to sit, watch, digest, and replicate YouTube videos. So, without much else to go on than knowing my need, I went on to the Jelps to look for a plumber. I found Tommy. I sent him an email and detailed my issue. He got back to me promptly, identified the issue, sent me an estimate, and a time he could show up to fix the problem. Easy. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would, introduced himself, went through the general niceties, and got to work in the kitchen. The problem was what he thought it was and he had the tools and replacement parts at the ready. It made it easy that parts, labor, time, etc. were all inclusive in the estimate. There were no surprise costs even when/if the problem could take a bit longer to fix than necessary. Tommy got me back to where I needed to be with a new part, reminder to send in the warranty, and a sink that was fully functional. He cleaned up all his mess and took it with him (rather than have me deal with the detritus. Years later, his card is still on top of my desk. I don't want to ever lose his contact.
