I thought…read moreI had a leak under my house but L & B found out that it was not a leak it was that person who flipped the house did not complete the plumbing. That the washer discharge pipe was just draining onto the ground under the house. L & B was able to fix that and install a new toilet within 48 hours. The charge for both was very good and not expensive. While there I was telling the gentleman that I wanted to add electricity to the outside of my house and to the new garage. He informed me that L & B do that as well. I called them and told them what I needed done. The next day they came out and gave me an estimate, which was way cheaper than any other quote I was given. A week later they were able to come over and do the job. At this time I was informed that they also do gas line work as well. Called the office and told them that I needed a gas line attached to my fireplace. They set it up for right away and had someone come over and take a look. What we thought needed to be done was completely wrong. L & B informed us what was going on and what was wrong. It was a lot more then what we thought it was going be. The one thing that I really liked about what the plumber and the guy working on the gas did. They took pictures and videos to show us what was going on so that we could see they were telling the truth. At no time where any of the staff members rude or pushy to get us to get the work done. They all were very professional and courteous while at our house. Any work that needs to be done around my house, L & B will be the first people I will call.

Bobby and Terry did a great job. They arrived on time, were professional and fixed the problem in less than an hour. These two are true professionals. Very nice guy and had good customer service skills. He set me with a technician named Melinda who contacted me about my issue and set a time to come to my house. She was got here when she said she would. She spent time troubleshooting the issue and then promptly fixed the problem. She was great! Very friendly, nice, funny, and willing to do whatever it took to find and fix the issues. My house built in the mid 80's has always had some odd electrical wiring issues which she soon discovered, but she worked though those and got it done. Their prices were good and for the amount of time it took they were fair. I will absolutely make McBride my go to electrical contract for future needs. Thank you so much!

We called Martins to get a quote on replacing some plumbing fixtures and supply lines in both bathrooms because the cheapest "PEX" fittings and plastic supply lines available had started to leak. The receptionist at Martins said that the guys there like to start early and asked if 7:00am would be too early for an estimate quote to be done. At 7:00am on the dot, Martins' guy, Mike, was ringing our doorbell. In less than an hour, Mike gave us a written estimate and was ready to leave. We decided to use Martins to do the work and called the next morning to schedule the work to be done. A few day later, again at 7:00am, one of Martins' plumbers named Cody was parked in our driveway. In just over two hours Cody completed the work and was ready to go to the next job. Cody could not have been better. He was professional, friendly, very clean and neat, and left the bathroom's cabinets and counter-tops in excellent condition. Best of all, no leaks! The employee was nice and knowledgeable, but unfortunately, he left a mess, scratched my wall and left finger prints on my wall and ceiling. He also put 3 extra holes in my wall, and of course, he had no puddy to fill them. He had no shop vacuum or broom. He does know his trade though. I did call his supervisor and sent him pictures, but his response was that he would talk to his employee, but could not do anything about the damage, which I was not happy.
