The service manager Alex came to give us the estimate on replacing the drains and other repairs. He ws professional at the house, and checked the pipes. He emailed me an estimate that was very good and said if I had further questions to let him know. I emailed him back with a question on the bid, and then emailed again because after he left the pipes started making terrible noises. I asked him if he had moved anything under the house. He did not reply (it was on a thursday that these emails were sent) By Sunday night I was totally freaked out and sent another email stating I had sent 2 prior and that I needed to know what he had done under the house. He emailed me back defensive on Monday and explained that it coudln't be his fault, it was water pressure. It was strange, but I responded with ok, how do we fix it? He did not reply again for 3 days. He then replied (and I have been without drains in my kitchen/laundry for over 2 weeks now) that he would not do the job. When I asked why he explain that he was offended by my accusations and that they have worked with other people before who were dishonest and would try to blame the plumber for other problems that may arise (basically saying I would do that) and that he was anxious and uncomfortable doing the work for me. I would gladly provide a transcript of these emails. I was shocked that I would be accused, yet be called the accuser. The owner apologized for the manager's lack of response but agreed that he not do the job. Well yeah, I agree too. It was a very hurtful and upsetting experience. Starting over.

I was really worried it was going to be something major and that they'd have to cut into the ceiling to figure it out. But Greg checked everything out, and right away he knew what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Turns out it wasn't a major plumbing issue at all it was just some old caulking around the shower drain that had loosened up. He was confident, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. Super easy fix and no mess. Really glad I called Dad's Plumbing, and I'll definitely reach out again if anything else comes up! Also, to those who works . Greg is super trustworthy. I couldn't even meet him in person, and he was totally fine handling everything over the phone and through video. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made the process really easy. I ask a lot of questions, and he was patient and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. That kind of service is hard to find these days! This company has done right by me twice now. First: Lee Company tried to scam me into replacing my…read moreHVAC unit at hefty price, stating: The system is beyond repair. It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He worked until it was completed, and perfect, and for the price quoted with a smile on his face -- even though it was damn cold out and the sun had set hours before completion. This is the company, look no further. --Cory
