Vincent and his team came back, did a terrible job repairing the ceiling damage and never fully caulked the toilet which caused it to rock. We fixed it ourselves and let the issue go. One year later the toilet that was installed is being replaced and Vincent and his company are unreachable including his scheduler Vicky. If you hear the names Vicky or Vincent attached to plumbing service in Middle TN, do yourself a favor and run (like our toilet). Complete rip off.

I contacted him on a few occasions to fix problems I was having with the ejector pump he installed in my basement and he never could find time to come. I watched a few youtube videos and fixed what I could, but now I have to get my basement jackhammered again to have the ejector basin installed correctly and venting added. I do not recommend his services and when it comes to major plumbing, but installing a toilet or fixing a leak he should be fine. In response to your response, yes YOU did do work for this client under your old business TNTExtreme that has the same phone number as your new business Sumner County Plumbing. New business name, but the same person and just because you change the business name doesn't mean you're "lifetime warranty" should not be honored. I also left this same review under your Angie's List account. I'm not looking to get anything from you or hurt your reputation, but I do like to leave honest reviews of work that I have done by contractors.
