For real, he…read morecould have told me my sink needed a new carburetor and cost-efficient back-flow piping system and I would have said maybe I need 2. This company is not like that. Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!

They easily could have sold me on a far more expensive job, but showed up and got my water back on. Answered the phone personally, tried to help be over the phone. Remembered me when I called back. Showed up right on time. I had shut my water off while out of town before the freeze. When I came back home and turned on the water it wasn't running. After 4 days I knew it wasn't frozen. I was told that I might have to replace my galvanized supply line ($$$$$ and digging up the entire front yard). Jimmy showed up and cleared the screen on the pressure reducing valve and voilà! Water!

Saved me $500+ and didn't try to upsell me!…read more I cannot recommend Morton's Plumbing enough. I needed an emergency water heater replacement in a crawlspace and another company quoted me a massive price. Morton's came out, beat that quote by over $500, and did a fantastic job. What impressed me most was their honesty. I thought I needed some expensive electrical work (a junction box fix) based on another quote, but the Morton's tech looked at it and confirmed it was actually fine--saving me even more money. They even threw in a new quarter-turn shut-off valve at no extra cost to make things easier for me in the future. If you want a Nashville plumber who is actually honest and does great work, call them.

We're about three weeks out of the issue and *knocking on wood* everything is working as expected. Overall, we were very happy with their customer service and work!

He had to go to Lowe's in Springfield to get new parts, and I was probably charged for those. He next tried to fix leak in bathtub in master bath, and somehow broke the drain. He was right, the plumbing is old. He did a quick check on flow and he says the flow is fine and did not need snaked. I had stated to him that Snaking it has fixed it in the past and that normally fixes it for a period of time. he gave me an estimate on snaking the pipe that wasn't that bad. He also suggested that the wall box for the washer needed to be raised. I said that seems like an easy fix and then all went to hell, he started accusing me of arguing with him and then said if I was so smart and wanted to do everything myself there was no reason for him to be there. I had no want to do it myself since this is the reason I called him as this is a rental property that I have been working on for a few days. then he basically went to full yelling . Even going to the point of asking me if I was threatening him. Also said I cannot be from Tennessee because of how I was acting. This tech has a very weird and slight anger trigger that is not good for customers and he had a young boy with him that should never been exposed to this kind of none sense. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and can get some control, as a customer I was very disturbed by his action because a customer should be able to ask a question without verbal assault.
