Went I got there to purchase the sneakers and walked up to the counter I asked for the sneakers and showed my ID. The salesman or the supervisor told me that my pair came in from the warehouse or the company without a 10.5 instead a 10 was sent. This was real suspicious and I was like this never happened to me before and the store workers and the salesman who had went to the back to get the size 10 kept giving each other eye contact as if I don't know what's going on. I purchased the sneakers and left the store to report this complaint to Hibbett Corporate. Spoke to a representative and they told me that this isn't right so they called the store and they kept changing the story like 3 times. I was only 2 size 10.5 in the citadel mall Hibbett to be pick up and the other pair was claimed so where was the other size 10.5? I'm going to speak to the district manager about this situation because someone or some people has to be accountable for this. Leaving you with this PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU GO TO CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA CITADEL MALL HIBBETT SPORTS! I never had a sneaker raffle pick up before at any other store that didn't had my size but this store. Checkout the pics size 10 not size 10.5.

Over the holidays, my mom visited a Vera outlet in Tennessee and loved it, so we were excited when this one opened. This outlet has every Vera Bradley product I can think of, as well as many items that I didn't know came in Vera Bradley patterns. I was surprised at how many different styles of luggage were offered, as well as other items like travel pill containers, beach towels, and phone cases. If you're not into the bright, colorful patterns, the store has lots of items in the microfiber solids as well. All of the patterns feature in the store are new designs, so if you're looking for retired patterns, you won't find them here. Since the store had 50% off everything and an additional 20% off most products, I bought a few items tonight. The staff members were nice and there's an email list that will notify you of sales coming up. I'll definitely be back- I want one of those beach towels for the summer months!

She was sick of her old mattress and was looking forward to getting a new one before moving into her place. She's had plenty of back surgeries so she's pretty specific about what she was looking for. We went to a few different places and were finding options in the right price range but nothing that really wowed her. We were intentionally looking at the more popular chain stores just because they likely have locations in Charleston and Myrtle so we could make a purchase in one store and have the delivery go out of the Myrtle Beach location. The woman who helped us here asked the right questions and dialed in on exactly what my mother needed. After shopping around we were already pretty sure but, they definitely steered us in the right direction. We were able to find a mattress that was on sale and then they even sweetened the deal a little more and offered a discount on a couple other necessary items i.e. frame, mattress cover etc... Not only is what we found in the price range we were looking for but it was a top name brand with a great warranty and most importantly, my mom loved it. It turned out there was an issue with getting it delivered out of the Myrtle Beach store as quickly as we wanted but, they called the manager owner who suggested that for $30 extra (basically gas money) would deliver it to Myrtle Beach from Mt P the very next day... Sold! The delivery showed up right on time and they had the bed set up and ready for sleeping in a matter of minutes. Honestly, the transaction couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I know there's cheaper and more expensive options for bed stores out there and I didn't make it to every one but, I would say that the level of service here was exceptional and we are very happy with the purchase and the experience.

Located in a very safe part of town, in a very easy to access location in the Azalea Square…read moreshopping center, Kohls is there to service almost all of your clothing needs, along with other offerings that one might need for the house. I've walked through the all sections and observed the place is very clean and sterile, a much-appreciated attention to detail aspect. That said I didn't see many employees walking around so if you have questions, you'll have to be proactive and hunt them down for yourself. The floorplan is exactly like every other Kohl's so the customer should have no issues getting around. Small stuff first. The kitchen section has a few nicer items but is marked up a lot from a regular experience, sometimes by a lot. So if you want Bobby Flay's pan set, break out the plastic baby it's gonna cost ya! Next the bedroom supplies aren't marked up that much and should have something to satisfy most people. For instance they have pillows, not specialized items but a sizable list of generic ones (could be name brand but I'm not a pillow expert). The kids might be a little sour on the toy section. It's not very big. I can't speak on the womens section. Oh wait, I did have to buy some tights for running a half marathon and since it's done at the end of winter they're readily available. The only pair I could find were womans yoga pants. That's right, I ran a half marathon with 30k other people in womens yoga pants (relax I had shorts on over them). Anyways the point is they do have something for everyone. As for the mens section it's decent. The available styles are extremely generic, lacking anything trendy. It's like dating the guy or girl which dress ok but have no knowledge of what's in fashion NOW. Their sports apparel section in terms of clothing for exercise is very good, but unless you have a local team, it's for the masses. So what do I buy here? Dress pants, dress shirts, dress belts and the occasional "Kramer" shirt. But if you're debating socks, underwear, tshits and so on, you're better off choosing that big red or blue store. As for their shoes, they do have a decent collection but void of top performance or style shoes. Overall, Kohl's is very middle America in terms of financial tier, the mentality and corporate targeting. Shopping here isn't as cheap as those big box places however it's not as expensive as those NY style department stores. This particular Kohls is safe with good employees and a lot of decent, albeit dated products. Stop on buy if you're buying a little something for yourself or family and want to save a buck while not looking completely out of touch.

Fleet feet is a professional running shoe store and since I'm somewhat of a runner, I've visited…read moremany of their shops in different states. For those who might not know what professional shoes sales means, well it's no "Rack Room Shoes", not that it's a bad thing, rather for a focused audience. From a novice runner or a seasoned veteran, Fleet Feet is one of the most reputable stores for high-performance and specialized shoe sales in the greater Charleston/Summerville area. One thing I didn't know is that this is locally owned, not corporate like in TX, KS, MO and NC. That means, if you shop here, you're supporting local owners, which means a lot to me. FF offers an array of different brands and builds to help all sorts of runners with feet issues. For instance, my body isn't exactly a marathon build which means I need almost customized shoes. I have a wider foot and it pronates (rolls) to the inside along with falling arches. FF was able to take my input and offer several styles and brands which address the issue. Their staff are very well versed in what runners need and it's reassuring when a salesman pulls out 4 different shoes all with different functions. They helped find the exact pair which addresses my running and has allowed me to comfortably run without issues. I settled on the Asics GT 1400 GT which helped my feet after I broke them in along with my back and shins (plantar fasciitis is no joke so plan accordingly). Moreover, the staff also has accessories which any runner should consider. They carry several different running sticks to workout trigger points, foam rollers, go (energy for the go!), wicking socks, compression wear, electronics, etc. The staff isn't pushy but when asked they are very good about giving the customer exactly what they need. Finally, if you set up an appointment they can scan your feet for for the exact shoes you need and I believe they can even judge your gate to offer advice. That's doctor level assistance! I can't stress enough how valuable a reputable store Fleet Feet is and I highly encourage anything to give them a "looksie" and see what all products they have for you. If you're just starting up or a long-time runner, this store can help you achieve success. From my experience the staff will have a smile on their face helping you out along with chit chatting about upcoming races. A truly great customer experience with a staff that truly cares for you!

I've always bought a pair and hope they would work out. Today I went to fleet feet and I'm so glad I went! When I first got in, I got asked a couple of questions on what i was looking for, if I had any injuries etc and then I got my feet scanned. The running specialist was very informative and gave a thorough detail of both my feet which was super helpful. Afterwards, I went through several pairs of running shoes until I found a pair I liked! The nice part with fleet feet is that there is a 60 day return policy if you're not satisfied with the shoes selected. The downtown Fleet Feet was overall a good experience! The downsides are parking and limited shoe availability. There is no designated parking space. I took about two laps around until I could find a parking space relatively close by. Definitely will be back to check out their accessories and other shoes.
