Customer service was great, greeted immediately upon entering the store, walked to the back of the store and was promptly greeted by another associate. That's the way to make a customer feel welcomed. They had a wide variety of merchandise ranging from t-shirts to sweatshirt, as well as cups, hats, jerseys and a variety of other collectibles. An employee advised me that you can personalize your gift (shirt) by adding your name to it for $9.99. FYI Overall, great customer service, a variety of merchandise to choose from but a bit on the expensive side.

I loved them so much I also bought a pair for my friend, and later ordered myself a second pair online.

This is my go to location for outdoor gear and I not only love the brands that they offer, but the service as well. I had a Patagonia nano puff jacket that was a gift a few years ago (from this location). After a fall on my bike, I tore up the elbow pretty good. To my surprise, you can manage your warranty with Patagonia right in store. I brought the jacket in, filled out a form, and they took care of the rest. They then send it out to a network of repair people and my jacket came back looking good as new. The whole process was super easy and is one of the value adds you get from shopping local.

They missed part of the issue (popped tire) causing delays in getting the right items to fix the issue. The Ugly: big storm came and further delayed the parts they ordered. They actually did a better job than I expected, going above and beyond to make it right. They did not charge me for the parts or the repair. They earned themselves a customer, and I ended-up buying a pair of shoes from them. Overall, I give them 4 stars for fixing my bike and making the situation right.
