The Lowes staff informed us they would call us the following week to keg us know we we could stop in to pick it up. That week came and went no call from Lowes. So the following monday we called and were told it was in that we could stop by to pick up our order. We made special arrangements by borrowing a truck to get he snow blower home only to get there and no one knew what we were taking about. They told us it should be in at the end of the week that they would call us. Again no call. At this point we are wondering did they even order it for us? We had already paid for the item a month prior. Finally we called they told us it was in and that we could get it that night. We get up to the register and the check out girl seemed annoyed that she had to help. All around not a great impression of the store. We will not be back anytime soon!

The belt went out in the original dryer and I was too busy with a project to change it myself. I called a local repair place and overcharged ($260) for a 10 minute belt replacement. 2 days later the dryer stopped heating. We decided to stop the bleeding and replace the dryer. Bought the new one and within 5 days it sounded like a severed head was rolling around inside. Here's where the problem started, I called Lowe's and they said it was over 48 hours so I needed to call the manufacturer. The closest appointment was 2 1/2 weeks out. While we're waiting for our appointment the dryer stopped heating! 3 week old dryer and Lowe's won't take back this Lemon! Don't get me wrong, the folks that work there are awesome, it's the company policy's that changed and now SUCK!!

Buying a large appliance online and having it shipped across the country can be nerve-racking, but Roger answered my questions, communicated clearly, and made the process much easier. After delivery, I experienced an issue with the freezer not maintaining temperature properly. At first, I was concerned it could be a major mechanical problem. After working with GE warranty service, the root cause was identified as a missing freezer door gasket that appears to have been a factory assembly issue, not a seller issue. Once the gasket was installed, the refrigerator performed exactly as expected and GE confirmed everything was operating properly. What impressed me most was that Roger never disappeared after the sale. He remained available, was willing to help, and sold exactly the model that was advertised. In today's world, good customer service can be hard to find, and Roger delivered. If you're looking for a trustworthy appliance seller, I would not hesitate to buy from Roger and Noble Appliance Center again.
