I rarely write reviews, but Roger and Noble Appliance Center earned this one. I purchased a hard-to-find GE Café refrigerator with the built-in Keurig feature and Roger was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a large appliance online and having it shipped across the country can be nerve-racking, but Roger answered my questions, communicated clearly, and made the process much easier. After delivery, I experienced an issue with the freezer not maintaining temperature properly. At first, I was concerned it could be a major mechanical problem. After working with GE warranty service, the root cause was identified as a missing freezer door gasket that appears to have been a factory assembly issue, not a seller issue. Once the gasket was installed, the refrigerator performed exactly as expected and GE confirmed everything was operating properly. What impressed me most was that Roger never disappeared after the sale. He remained available, was willing to help, and sold exactly the model that was advertised. In today's world, good customer service can be hard to find, and Roger delivered. If you're looking for a trustworthy appliance seller, I would not hesitate to buy from Roger and Noble Appliance Center again. read more

DO NOT buy appliances here! Save your hard earned money because they will give you great service until they get your money like Mike Anderson did. We spent over $50,000 on appliances for our new home and he is like a used car salesman. Speaking of used, pretty sure our appliances are used as we've had nothing but problems. You will have ZERO communication once they get your money and if you have a warranty issue or a dishwasher leak all over your new house because their installer used the wrong fittings and hoses causing mold in your brand new cabinets NOTHING will be done. purchased a refrigerator on Feb 24, paid to have an ice maker installed and was scheduled for delivery April 8th. Scheduled delivery time came and went, called Noble they told me the truck was in area and I was next for delivery. Just running 5 hrs late. (Shocker they never showed up) Over the last 5 weeks I have had to make multiple calls to the store to figure out what is going on, aside from it being sent to the west side of Michigan, i'm told that it is ready to be delivered and that delivery department will call me back and get that scheduled. Not once has anyone from Noble followed up, to see if this has been resolved. Now it is May 12th and we are still waiting to hear from Beth to get delivery scheduled. read more

Pure crap! I literally spent over 3k on four appliances. Deliver/install/take away to the tune of exactly $630. What did I get?? Washer and dryer first to arrive. Ordered on 10/17. I didn't have 220v line for dryer so only washer was set up. Second delivery was dishwasher. Shit install lacking a mounting bracket. Waited a few days with a floppy dishwasher but they sent a tech out. Fixed. Third delivery was supposed to be my oven install and complete dryer install. Oven fine. Dryer, keep in mind it hasn't been installed since Oct 20th, and they don't have a plug. Delivery guys tell me they'll be back the next day. No show. NO FUCKING SHOW. So I reach out to Noble. Not taking responsibility. Reach out to delivery. No response. I still have no working dryer after 6÷ weeks of sitting in my basement. I'm pissed!!! Don't do business with these people. I recently purchased two items from the Hartland office. I was helped by Brandon who was super helpful with the purchase since I am located out of state. I purchased a microwave came in (perfect condition) and works incredibly well! The second item was a cooktop. When I purchased the item I was assured that the pressure regulator and most important LP orifices would be included. Well the cooktop did not have either part and now has been 12 days of calling and calling with no promised parts to finish the install!! We can't use the cooktop!! If you sell me an opened box item then before you ship it to me make sure all the items I asked for are included... I spent over 2K on the cooktop and now I'm pissed and giving you a 1 star review!! read more

Run, don't walk. My GE washer broke and I needed a new one fast. We went to the Hartland store and purchased a Speed Queen to be delivered. We were told they were in stock at the store. Fast forward to 10 days later, no calls to set up delivery, and every time I called the store they hung up on me. We ended up cancelling the delivery and picking up the washer ourselves which was not easy for my 70-year old husband. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a big box store. read more

First off, let me say that there are bargains to be had at this place. However, you are essentially buying appliances at a garage sale. They may not have been in somebody's home, but they have been installed in displays, taken down and shipped. Most importantly, they do not come with a warranty. This is especially true if the salesperson tells you that Noble Appliance supplies the warranty. I don't want to bore you with all of the details of my bad experience, just know that it was ridiculous. Be sure to keep this in mind when you are negotiating your deal. read more

I was so excited to find a local alternative to a big box store! I ordered a Speed Queen Washer (no small expense) and delivery was scheduled. I expect deivery to complicate my day; what I did not expect was to cancel scheduled clients for the identified window of time and have no one show nor call. My order was not put on the truck, so another day was scheduled (and I received a $50 store credit - lol). The delivery team was quick, pleasant and appeared concerned about quality of service. 3 days later, I HAPPENED to go dowstairs and found water on the floor of the basement. In correcting the issue with the drain line, we discovered that the pads had not been put on the metal "feet", nor had they installed the stainless steel drain line for which I had paid. I made NUMEROUS calls to the showroom with no response. I was never connected to a manager, nor were my calls returned; I never received an apology nor compensation for water damage (minimal, but only because I found it quickly), and arrangements to have the errors corrected were never made. I, finally, requested a refund for the delivery and instillation fees (included the fee for the hose), which was honored. Best Buy would have been a better bet. read more

Called them a few months ago to see if they could get a part for my dishwasher. Guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Fast forward to today. Need a microwave so my daughter said maybe they have something. I stopped in and what i saw was a disorganized, clustered stacks of appliances. They did acknowledge me when I came in, but aside from that, help was no where to be found. Microwaves where out of boxes and had stickers saying "Tested good". Huh???? is this used? place is a mess and the help is no help. They were to lazy to move from behind the desk. I'll pay $50 more elsewhere. I used this local business because I try to support my community. what a mistake. I purchased a refrigerator. The salesman told me it would be delivered in two weeks. At the end of two weeks no one called me and I called twice to check on the status. I could not get a straight answer so I went to the store and they told me that the first unit had come in and they checked it and it wasn't working properly so they had to order another one for me. To make a long story short, I finally received the unit a week later. I was told it was checked to be sure it was working properly. It was delivered to my condo, and has not worked properly since it got here. The NOBLE technician came out twice and was an able to get it working, and they turned it over to LG for warranty work. LG is working on it at the moment. I requested to talk to the owner last week. He has still not called me. I have not received one phone call from the company to check the status of this problem. I will never buy anything from NOBLE APPLIANCE again. This experience has been a nightmare, and it's still not over. read more

I can't say enough postive things about the service and staff at Noble, but I'll try, because they were *fantastic* Some quick background: When our refrigerator started dying my wife and I were terrified of the replacement cost for a unit to fit our family's needs and budget. A friend recommended Noble's scratch-and-dent units to save on cost and not skimp on functionality so that's where we started, and ended. As to Noble's staff: I'll start with the stellar service and assistance we got from Beth at the Clinton location while selecting our new refrigerator. She showed us every unit on the floor at least twice and helped us stay under our budget; we managed to get much more appliance than we had ever hoped to afford under the circumstances. In one stop and within an hour we were set, sold, and out the door. Two days after selecting and purchasing, Chantelle contacted me and scheduled delivery within ten (calendar, not business!) days, she even assured me that if our old fridge failed completely before then to contact her and she would do everything in her power to move up the delivery date. Just hours ago Patrick and Nick arrived with the new unit. They handled everything expertly and quickly: removing the exterior doors so they wouldn't damage the new fridge; hauling out the old one; hooking up the water and even helping me run a new line; sliding in the new fridge and assembling it; and finally putting everything back the way it was before they arrived. All in under 90 minutes. All while my three-year-old and 70lb. dog circled them and made a general hazard of themselves. They were professional, personable, and just generally awesome young men. Whatever they're being paid - they deserve a raise, and a damn good one at that. If either of them are reading this - I owe you a beer... or three Everyone at Noble made our purchase and install feel like it was their top personal priority and we'll never forget it. tl;dr: Our new fridge may have a couple tiny dents but our budget and peace of mind certainly don't, thanks to the fantastic folks at Noble. I purchased a cooktop on September 16, 2020 for just under $3,000. They charged me $150.00 for shipping, which was to a terminal 75 miles away. They wanted another $150.00 to have the cooktop delivered to my home! I refused. Now it is October 16, 2020 and the dam cooktop STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! These idiots used a cheap LTL provider and the cooktop is sitting on the truck in Illinois - 1,800 miles away!!!! So I'm paying for a cooktop that they have NO IDEA OF WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. It's been sitting in Bolingbrook, IL for a week now. The shipping company took 5 days just to pick the dam thing up from Noble. I've contacted Noble and they offer NO HELP WHATSOEVER saying it's because of Covid-19, an incredible crock of horse manure! If they had chosen a responsible shipping company I would have had the cooktop last week. As it is, the tracking information says it's supposed to arrive at the local terminal today. Noble Appliance in Hartland, MI is sketchy the sales people are terrible, don't do it. It kind of seems like a deal but it's not at all. I made the mistake of trying to shop local. The sales person told me on the sales floor that the item would get the manufacturers warranty. After I paid, he said you SHOULD get the manufacturers warranty. They charge you $200 per item to deliver and install. I still made the mistake of purchasing from them. I paid in full, and he said he would try to get it on the truck next week. No details at all so I called to cancel the delivery and decided to figure out the installation myself. The next week, they called to set up the delivery. After I cancelled the 2nd item, it took a week to refund me and they charged me $187 restocking fee. Actually that's a small price to pay to never have to speak to Noble appliance again. Every interaction was frustrating. I would rather cook on a camping stove for the rest of my life. This experience was miserable. read more

We purchased a high-end double drawer, out-of-box dishwasher for a considerably lower price than listed at other appliance stores. Stock might be limited, but our requests were met. George, our sales rep, was very helpful in explaining the concept of Noble Appliances and the savings to the consumer. Beth, who organized the delivery, made sure the process went smoothly and communicated efficiently. AJ, the technician installed the unit with expertise. This process wasn't easy as we live on a lake property with numerous steps and the installation wasn't a breeze because of the tight space and flooring issues. But AJ was professional and knowledgeable from the first minute he arrived to the final minute of the completed project. We wish this high level of customer service was the norm for all businesses. read more
