They lure you in with their reputation and their…read morefancy show room and act super professional in the beginning - but the fact is they require $550 for an in person quote, and 50% down before starting... as soon as they received my 50% down payment (you should never do this, 50% gives the corporation far too much power) all of a sudden it's like a switch is flipped and they treat you completely different. That's because they have successfully trapped you, after that all promises of high quality, timely work, and project management that is supposed to be all of high standards, given the premium price points and additional costs of this "professional" establishment, stop existing. They then higher random 3rd party contractors for the bulk of the project for the cheapest prices - while charging you top dollar. They don't hold them accountable, and they don't care. You will have to beg to get them to show up, and beg for them to come back when round 1 ends up being such low quality work that you'll need a re-do. They do this on purpose because a lot of people want to avoid the headache and will accept the low quality work. Avoid this corporate nightmare, they deliberately will try to cut corners on you, they force you to manage your own project, and ultimately you'll realize you got completely taken advantage of. The time frame for the project they present is a lie. The high quality and professionals they promise it a lie. You need to beg to get their experienced pros - they will send you random workers they find who barely know what their doing for the first round - then give you the better workers if you complain. Get ready to get on your hands and knees begging for your project to get focused on while you try to compete with 10+ other people begging for their project to get done at the same time. They over schedule and don't care because all they care about is getting you wrapped up in the predatory contract and then that's it, you're trapped. Find businesses that don't have these predatory business practices, go directly to places and work with them directly. You don't need a glorified middle man to "manage" the project for you, it's nonsense - it actually overcomplicates the project and they don't manage anything anyways, they make you become a full time project manager or things will never get done - or be such low quality that it'll appear your premium priced project was a DIY job. If you respect your time, money, and soul, you won't use KSI corporate nightmare.

Mr. Jaber took the wrong measurements for the cabinets and he had to change the model on the day of the installation. Because the dishwasher wouldn't fit if he didn't do so. The door next to the sink would scrape and scratch the sink every time I opened it. He made damage in the ceiling, cabinet door, fridge box damaged with nail showing on the side of the box. He left the lazy Susan uninstalled and the door not attached to it. The cabinets underneath molding I not fully covered. Do not work with G&M Cabinets they are unprofessional. You will lose your money and time with G&M cabinets. Paid him a lot of money for his unprofessional work. Overall these cons, he is as a person is not respectful and will hang up the phone while you're talking. Not answering phone calls or text messages. When the associate brought out the items, two of them were incorrect. After the associate verified the mistake, I was asked to wait while he retrieved the correct products. The customer service issues I experienced include: Incorrect items were provided despite the order confirmation indicating they were in stock. I waited while the associate attempted to retrieve the correct items, during which multiple other customers were able to retrieve their orders without delay. After being told the items were not in stock, I asked to cancel the order and was directed to Customer Service at the front of the store to process a refund, instead of resolving it at the pickup counter. Manager escalation did not result in any solution or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience; I was told nothing could be done. No alternative solutions were offered, such as shipping the items to me, which would have prevented additional trips. This experience reflects a breakdown in order accuracy and basic customer service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the pickup process and customer support. The purpose of choosing this location was the online indication that the items were in stock and ready for pickup.

I hear a voice from the service counter saying I'm Joe and I can help you design whatever you need. I smiled and said yes pleas and thank you sir. Before I knew it we finished both designed and I had the materials list and design drawing printed out and ready to submit to the city. I love how Manards has everything I need for any project. Plus the 11% always saves some cash for other projects. This Manards is well organized and well stocked. Plenty of parking and the service keeps me coming back as well.
