The tank started to fall so he jumped off after being told to get down. They left in a hurry and did not tell me that they left my tank leaning against my house. Refused to come back other than some of the brush that they left. Instead of like I was in the wrong for catching them. They left a half cut tree in my yard. They were very unprofessional and I would definitely not hire them.

He explained everything. Sebastian and his assistant pruned my apple trees, moved a bush, and climbed a beech tree for cutting and cabling. They cut fallen logs. They cleaned up thoroughly. There was no way I could prune or spray these trees myself. I was sadly considering that I needed to remove them. The Bartlet tree Experts came on time, and examined them, offered suggestions to try first, to try to save them. They would call me each morning they were planning to come for service, to let me know they would be coming, efficiently did what they needed to do, they were very courteous and left my yard neat. They pruned, fertilized, sprayed for fungus on a schedule, and loosened the soil around the collars (the base of the trees.) Even in this first year of treatment, my trees look healthier and so much better. I am very pleased with their service!
