In VT you have to be licensed and trained to apply herbicides and pesticides. They are! Ask the guy who mows your lawn who is putting down fertilizer for you. 9/10 they are not licensed.

When our sump pump stopped working and we were beginning to have a flood, I called Will Reed and described the problem. Even after all these years not only did he remember us but he got Wayne his head tech over to fix it within 45 minutes. It was a life saver helping us avert a major water backup.
