He promised to come back so we did pay him the remaining balance. Once he received the money he stopped responding to any communications. We are now paying to fix our neighbors property. He blamed us when we reported to the state saying that we should have known that he would cause the damage. Terrible service and worse customer service. Would not recommend to anyone
