Quite frankly, I tried to save money by piecemealing things, prior to hiring them. In the long run, I had people steal from me, walk out on the job, and even be abusive and cause mental stress. ENTER...802 Builders! They are amazing, and true professionals. They roll in with every piece of equipment you could imagine, arrive on time, are kind and communicative, and after six months of waiting on others -- they are banging out a beautiful job, just in the first day they're here. I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape. I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. I highly endorse them, and will have them do a rough bid on some other projects, since they have such advanced skills, save up the funds, and keep bringing them back. I just want to put a warning out about the owner of this company he just decided to avoid me and my…read moremessages on Facebook to him about the $400 he owes me I tried contacting him for three straight days on Facebook yet I could see he was clearly on Facebook and he decided not to respond to me about my 400 that he is not returning and if he needed more time he sure as hell wasn't conversating and communicating with me about it if he had there wouldn't be a problem but he chose not to and then he blocked me once I finally got his attention on one of his posts ! Needless to say only guilty people that are trying to steal your money and not return it block you and don't respond or communicate with you about said money owed it's a red flag instantly I've tried contacting one of his close friends to let him know what was going on I'm not sure if his friend has let him know the course of action I'm taking to get my money back or not but I wanted to put it out there that I am on disability and disabled he had made a verbal and written message agreement on Facebook with me about renting a cabin he was going to put on his property which he has not done and then he got mad at me for something really silly that I said and totally overreacted and said he was breaking the agreement right then and there he should have giving me my money back a matter of fact he never should have spent my money in the first place until the deal was done but he obviously spent the money . So now I have contacted legal aid filed a small claims plus a few other claims I'm getting ready to put a lien on his home until I am paid along with some other charges that will come along with this that the state will pick up and I'll have nothing to do with it but you can't scam and steal money from a disabled person and get away with it I also have all of the conversations and I have them screenshotted not to mention I have the rent receipt with his signature and everything else that I need ! So when dealing with Mr Bertrand the owner of this company be vigil because you might be taken for a ride with your money .. yeah he does good work but he's also a thief and a scam artist because only thieves and scam artists do this to someone and the way he's going about it makes it very obvious his intentions ! All he had to do was talk to me about it and be an adult but instead he chose this path so now I'm going to warn as many people about about the way he truly is when he's not trying to be Charming to get job bids on the other side of his reality he's a whole different person ! And thank God his true colors came shining through. And what really gets me is the screenshot of the message he left me that the reason why he didn't go through with the agreement is because he knew I was a psycho well that's funny he's been talking to me for two solid years and all of our conversations are time stamped and dated and we usually talk every single day and you'll see that clearly and then all of a sudden the next day it's a whole different subject and that's when he got mad because I said I didn't know what the f was going on and this is what started the whole thing so I called b******* on him when he says oh I decided not to do it cuz I knew you were a psycho really in one day no it's cuz you got mad at me because I was talking to a friend and told them I didn't know what the f was going on ! The finished product looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with it. - replaced an an old backup generator circuit and transfer switch to a much simpler and reliable 240v circuit with mechanical interlock and it worked a treat during two storms paired with a harbor freight generator. - installed and calibrated an led flood light 30 some odd feet off the ground - installed a google Nest outdoor camera with floodlight and a nest doorbell camera - He also found and replaced a crumbling old circuit to my water pump that I had no idea was arcing and could have caused a fire. I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. All this in just under two days and I was very happy with the price. I can't recommend Bryan enough. He's not only a skilled electrician, but he's also friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
