He cancelled via text 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we have been chasing him ever since. Lots of promises & excuses. He told us he no longer used the business name "Dubey Brothers Chimney LLC" because his brother had quit. We found a number of complaints under the former name at the Better Business Bureau - https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hillsborough/profile/chimney-sweeper/dubey-brothers-chimney-llc-0051-92069128/complaints - After finding the complaints we decided to purchase a cap and install it ourselves.
