I brought this to owner Christopher Champagne's attention. He assured me this was fine and wouldn't affect the seed germinating, and he would 'stand behind his work'. Weeks later less than 10% had grown. Multiple calls went unreturned, when contact was finally made Mr. Champagne asserted he was 'done with the job' and nothing further would be done.  Mr. Champagne is dishonest and lacks integrity and you surely should not hire his company to do hydro seeding. In August 2013, we contracted with Tom Finneral (owner of T&T Landscaping and Tree Service) to cut…read moredown and remove six trees on our property.By October 2013, they cut down and removed only one of the six trees and damaged my neighbors fence in the process. My wife and I attempted to contact them several times on this in November and December 2013 but were only able to leave voice mail messages since no one at this company answers the phone. Tom called us back only once and simply left a message indicating that he had received one of our calls. He asked us to call him back - which we did. There were no further answers or replies from him however.Since we had not heard from them on this matter, in January 2014 I left a message directing Tom not to cut down any more trees, return the balance of my deposit, and tell me what he was going to do about the damages to my neighbors fence. Again, he made no attempt to contact us on these matters.In February 2014, Tom returned to our property, against our wishes and instructions, and cut down three more trees damaging two retaining walls in the process. Again, no call or contact from Tom or his company. The debris was left for over four weeks!On Sunday (3/16/2014), I arrived at the property and discovered Tom cleaning up some of the mess. He told me that he had spoken to my wife recently. He had not spoken to either of us since August 2013!The remaining mess and cleanup - including the damage to my neighbor's fence and my retaining walls has never been addressed and I'm stuck with the bill!
