Since this offer was made so close to the date on which our work occurred, I called to see if they would make an adjustment to what we paid for this work. I was told that no adjustment would be made since the coupon had to be presented at the time the estimate was being calculated. Obviously, a skeptic might think that the estimate would have been, oh I don't know, around $200 higher if the coupon had been presented before the estimate was calculated.
