There are 13 buildings (32 units) here. They are careful to plow all of the parking areas, and keep the walks shoveled nice and wide. If it keeps snowing, they return as needed, and make sure things are taken care of. They sand when needed with dark "manufactured sand". This has low silt content and really helps traction. Thumbs up to Teddy's.

They completed roofing work, drywall, framing, painting, cabinet installs as well as several trashouts. Jason and Brodie were very nice initially but when they asked for additional funds prior to completing their work, I refused. The agreement was half up front and balance due upon completion. At that time, it was the scheduled completion date and they were far from done. Then things took a dramatic turn, rudeness and negativity became their attitudes and their work from that point became very poor. I've been encouraged to seek retribution through the courts but I am not that person...I've asked through messaging to have my porch project photos be removed from their social media but they're still posted...sadly what seemed like it would be a great experience, turned out it was not.

Then, after ANOTHER two and a half weeks, I had to follow up to inquire about the inspection report as I had not received it." I left the above as my original one star review. Afterwards, the owner did finally connect and explained she had been ill since the inspection was done. While I'm sympathetic to life being out of our control sometimes, the business should have someone to at least take over communication if the owner is out. I would've been fine with the delay if I had been notified, and could've relayed this to my insurance company instead of dodging their calls. I WAS THEN ASKED TO REMOVE MY REVIEW before they would send my inspection report. Truly unprofessional. Actual text messages from the business (I was working so was unable to respond): "4:57PM The review is still there!? 4:57PM I'm getting ready to send inspection but need the review taken down! 5:13PM ?? 5:55 PM Need spelling of last name and full address to send it over now!! (THIS INFORMATION HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED) 7:00 PM Good evening. I need the info and the review taken care of so I can send this along this evening and get you taken care of please." I took the review down to get my report, and after I updated the owner, they said I'd have the report in an hour or so. Didn't receive the report for another six hours though they claimed they sent it hours earlier. Maybe this business has been great before, and will be great again, but because I specifically chose this company based on their reviews, I had to provide an account of my experience.
