The police found a dead rotting body in an apartment in a chair. They left that chair around for all the residences to smell. Gross.

And then, when I decided to sell my home, he took the listing and did an absolutely amazing job! He made it ready quickly, always being mindful of my budget,, priced it well, and got it sold almost immediately. If you're looking for a property manager or real estate agent look no farther!

First off they're so very "up to date" and "transparent" but then their website recommends sending…read moreVERY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFO VIA UNSECURE EMAIL THAT IT IS WELL-DOCUMENTED THAT ALMOST ALL "FREE" EMAIL LIKE GOOGLE ETC. (WHICH MOST PEOPLE HAVE) SCAN FOR INFO THEY CAN SELL TO ADVERTISERS. I could never recommend them just for this one policy/ recommendation/ requirement. People have managed to accurately verify others' identities and histories without predatory and risky personal info practices for DECADES, and still can if they actually care about their neighbors and not just themselves and the owners. And are background checks done on owners? They can have violent histories as well, even if they have money or property, and be a security risk to their clients, and they have access to their HOMES AND BEDROOMS. And just because you CAN raise the rent hundreds of dollars upon lease renewal on a long-time years long tenant (that long because they pay on time and are good tenants) and up to the "market rate," and just because it is good for the owners' pockets and yours, doesn't mean its best for OUR COMMUNITY/ COMMUNITIES. You'd know if you spoke to even a couple of the single people, single parent families, other families, and elders, who I personally know, let alone the stories I just hear about over the last 5-8 years, who have been made homeless for months or even a few days or weeks because there's no concern for raising the rent in more reasonable increments that people might possibly be able to absorb over time... and keep being good and happy tenants! And boasting about 50,000 per year increase for landlords who don't actually care about their neighbors as themselves isn't a good look, especially when rents have TRIPLED in some cases in just 5 years... before that they were pretty stable/ rose maybe 5% a year on average for many years prior to that. But then at least you seem to actually repair things that aren't legally mandated, like the A/C when it goes out in mid-summer, unlike other common property owners I know of, so I gave another star. It's disheartening and downright infuriating to see so many people have moved here in droves from elsewhere, CLAIMING to embrace "conservative" values and then go on to clearly be ecstatic to just "get theirs" like almost every other "liberal" ever (I put both in quotes because apparently neither means anything such as truly caring what our Creator wants or what our fellow humans need and what benefits us ALL to build one another UP and to bear with ONE ANOTHER'S burdens so we're all stronger and more capable and resilient). I've been in multiple positions so I recognize comeuppance, the eagerness to gentrify and "make better" while actually pillaging (hello Garden City and Eagle and Kuna most recently) what used to be a state and communities that were a TINY bit affordable, especially for single moms and elders In particular. Regular people (also made in God's image though!) Could be your aunt or cousin, if not your child or parent. or do you think you and yours will never experience health or government problems or that your savings will never be drained or stolen by a desperate health challenge or divorce or abandonment or death or other person or a desperate government that's run up trillions in debt for us all while claiming they're needed and even doing God's will?

Western regional sales manager for work basically only home 4-6 days a month. Never an email, phone call or bill in the mail. Paid all association dues to collections company plus late fee. Funny Amanda saying they had nothing to do with sending to attorneys but it happens that the coworker Cindi Romans at Red Door happens to be the president of our Kelley Creek HOA! Evidence of many other complaints this is a trend of Red Door being rude and unprofessional again horrible. No office just a P.O. Box . Hard to communicate with. I reached out via email to address ongoing concerns about the pool's maintenance, cleanliness, and overall sanitation, which directly impacts the health and well-being of residents--especially children and families who regularly use the facility. Unfortunately, rather than receiving a timely and respectful response, I was met with a rude and defiant behavior. Amanda Al-Shawaf, who I was communicating with, has since ceased all communication and has ignored my request for information regarding pool cleaning schedules, protocols, and vendor accountability. As a paying homeowner, I find this level of disregard unacceptable. Not only has Amanda been unprofessional in past interactions, she has also demonstrated a rude and unprofessional attitude toward homeowner concerns. This is not the kind of behavior we should be tolerating from a group entrusted with managing our community's well-being. HOA fees are paid with the expectation that services will be managed properly and that residents' concerns will be treated with respect. Ignoring safety-related issues and cutting off communication is both irresponsible and unacceptable. I urge Red Door HOA Management to take these concerns seriously, improve their communication standards, and prioritize basic community maintenance. As homeowners, we deserve transparency, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Review: In my…read moreopinion, Cornerstone Property Management has been the single worst company I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to owners or tenants -- tenants are never heard, and owners are left footing inflated bills. This company feels all about the money, not the people. * Zero communication: At times, I waited over a month for responses. Tenants told me they were also ignored, leaving urgent issues unresolved. * Dishonest maintenance claims: They would say sprinklers were "on" or "checked" when they weren't. In reality, sprinklers were left spraying directly under the house for entire seasons, causing structural damage from neglect. * Questionable billing & conflicts of interest: In my experience, Cornerstone inflates repair charges. They funnel everything through Genesis -- the repair company they own -- while claiming work is "subcontracted out." In reality, it's subcontracted to themselves, with markups far above industry standard. * Fraudulent-feeling charges: I was billed for sod that was never installed, yet still hit with an $800 charge when tenants took the matter to court. I was told a bathtub repair would be split with the tenant, only to be charged the full amount until I fought it for months. * Unqualified labor: They bill top dollar but send out the cheapest, least-experienced workers to do the jobs, creating more problems than they solve. * Tenant dissatisfaction: Multiple tenants directly complained to me about the lack of follow-through and unaddressed maintenance issues. When I formally terminated my contract for cause and laid out these issues in writing, the owners didn't even have the professionalism to respond. I had multiple rentals managed by Cornerstone, and based on that experience, I would strongly caution both owners and tenants to look elsewhere. Update - over a year later! I'm still dealing with issues from this company. After my original review, I've now discovered an even more serious issue. While Cornerstone was managing my property, Caldwell Irrigation District confirmed that multiple billing notices were sent directly to them. I was never notified of these notices, and they were not returned to sender. As a result, I only became aware of the issue after liens were placed on my property. Regardless of whether irrigation is ultimately an owner responsibility, a property manager has a basic duty to communicate bills and notices received during management. That did not happen here. Based on my experience, there were consistent communication failures that led to financial consequences.
