The indoor area has certainly gotten some upgrades - great for the all-year-round crew, for sure. The most confusing thing about the arcade is that it uses a credit system that varies largely from game to game on what it's going to cost you and what it's likely to pay out. I'm sure this is the whole point of them taking your money -- the house always wins -- but I'd prefer to know how much one credit really cost me and how much a game really is. Not that the kids care when they've got their card though. Hoping next summer some repairs are finished and we'll have a better time.

Given that half of the go-kart attractions were now unavailable, I approached the sales desk and spoke to a young manager named Keira. I asked if we could receive a rain check to come back on a better day. She pointed to a notice on the wall and informed me, "It's our policy. The fine print states that we do not offer rain checks or refunds due to weather." I expressed my disappointment, as I feel it's unrealistic and unscrupulous to expect most customers to read fine print on the wall before purchasing tickets. In my opinion, businesses like this should consider more customer-friendly policies, especially when a significant portion of their attractions are uncovered and entirely dependent on the weather. While others may have their own opinions, I personally won't support a business that lacks flexible policies for paying customers when their offerings are so easily affected by conditions beyond anyone's control.

This place needs staff, it needs organization and new cars that are not old and break all the time, also the when you have rain coming in from the ceiling, and have to block of most of the track for liability, you might want to shut down for a day to fix that.

I will admit that the food is a bit on the pricey end but oh well. The pizza is good though. They have a private parking lot there, but it gets packed during peak hours. I came on a Saturday afternoon and ended up parking in the lot across the street. You must have their socks to participate in the fun. Everyone must also fill out a waiver and spectators must also pay to enter the slide area (which is different from other similar parks that I have been to. To save time, I recommend completing the waiver online. The place was very chaotic when I was there. There was kids all over the place. The lines for the slides did move relatively quickly though. The staff there, from top to bottom is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was very impressed, especially considering that they deal with screaming kids all day. Great job to them and whoever does the hiring. For those having a party there, you are giving a dedicated table with a server. The party area is in an open fenced off area. They do not have party rooms. There are a few places in the play area for caregivers to sit while the little play, but those places few and far between. The slides there are awesome. They are huge and some can appear a bit intimidating. I wish I had a place like this when I was little. They also have a small zip line, a two basketball courts. There is also an area for little kids to play as well. I really like this places vibe. It is relatively clean and trendy, with big murals all over the walls. I sure hope that the Greenwood location, that they have been talking about for years opens soon. Either way, I am sure that I will be back to this place very soon.

There are staff standing at the top of most of the slides to assist and keep kids from going to close together. It was surprisingly enough to occupy them for 120 minute/2 hour ticket. They had to take a few breaks for the bathroom, snacks and drinks to rest. There's a concession stand with icee, soda, pizza, chips, etc. To snack on. I'm not sure if you can bring in your own food or not. Lastly, the adults can slide too if they want! If not, there are plenty of chairs, benches and take areas for you to sit. Be aware, it's VERY loud inside. Screaming, yelling, crying, excitement... bring a book or play on your phone!

For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I had some water in my purse it was Saratoga so I can see how someone unfamiliar with the brand would think it's something else he told me I can't drink outside drinks in the establishment I said it's just water and tried to show him he said again no outside beverages...I continued to drink it because it's WATER you can't tell me not to drink water. I spent over $20 on their version of a touch tunes music system and they kept turning all my songs down. TF is that about? All the music was edited and it's 2 in the morning with no music playing at a 24 hour bowling alley. The final straw was one of the workers coming over and telling one of my friends "the orange ball was for women and children only"...MIND YOU none of us ever grabbed this ball to bring to our lane it was already there! Literally was one thing after the other my friend who drove said let's go we didn't even play our entire hour.
