They arrived on the date, 2 hours early, and went to work. Their work was professional and quick. The first crew took down the tree. The second crew with the stump grinder came back a couple of hours later to finish the job, and exceeded my expectations, grinding below surface level obliterating the heart of the tree. Their cleanup, communication, and overall professionalism was beyond reproach. They filled the hole with the remaining dirt and wood chips and leveled it off. After, they wanted me to inspect their work, and sign off that I was satisfied, which I was. I always try and find the best deal on stuff like this, and frankly, I feel like this was a real bargain for the work that they did! I cannot recommend them highly enough! A+++

We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. We are very happy with the service we received from Erich and the crew (Jake, Julian, Neil G., Corey, Zachary, Neil A.) Everyone was very friendly and professional and we learned that some of the crew members had been with the company for nearly twenty years. They worked together seamlessly. They took great care around fencing, exposed sprinkler lines, and other trees. She, I did not catch her name, sorry, well you get to be 82, in June, somethings are missed, said they would be more than happy to order a pallet of sod, pick it up and deliver it to my location and install it, but they were currently booked and would not be able to help me until June. I said I really did not want to wait another 6 weeks, watch my prepared sod location start growing weeds and have to redo everything, she laughed and said she understood and said the company, Eagle Crest Landscaping has another company, also located in Kuna, that they use all the time when they are unable to meet the customers time frame because of current workloads. She also said they highly recommend this company and use them all the time. I said if they use them and recommend them to their potential customers then I would also work with them. She provided me with the company's name, the phone number of the person and his name, which I will call this morning, 04/17/26 at 08:00 and see if we can come together on my job, sod, delivery and putting down within the next 2 or so weeks. At this time, I'm giving Eagle Crest Landscaping a 5-star rating, they returned my call, explained to me they were currently booked and would be able to help me in 6 weeks, they also recommended another company that they use in these situations. They were upfront and offered me another way to get my work accomplished and recommended a company to do the work as well. I'm impressed. If I can get back to this review and update it after working with their recommended company, I will do so. You have landscaping to be done, live within the valley, from my initial experience, give them a call, they will work with you and give you options if you're timing and their workload are at odds.
