Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional. Had we of decided on another company to do the job, we would still be adding to the already caused damage to our foundation, eventually having to do major work to save the home.
