2026.08.13 Looking…read morefor a local live scan and read reviews here that sounded good. Price $25 for the service alone. The agency requiring the live scan will have additional fees. A.K.A. staff immediately greeted me as I came through the door and consistent with other reviews, I found them to be professional, efficient and kind. They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room. All signs are clear with useful information to make things simple. I was pleasantly surprised and can say I even enjoyed my experience. I will continue to return for future service and am happy to recommend this establishment.

I just experienced a scary situation, and UPS at Malvern came to the rescue! I ordered a wallet on…read moreAmazon, received it yesterday, and put my cash in the billfold to be sure it fit. It did, but I didn't like the wallet, so took it to UPS to return. Later in the day, I realized I had no cash in my wallet-- because I left it in the wallet that I took to UPS! I called UPS to notify them of the problem, and went to the store as well. UPS had about 50 boxes all sealed up and ready to be processed, but searched for my return wallet and found it! I had quite a bit of cash in the wallet as I'm traveling tmrow. I am fortunate that I caught it in time, and that UPS staff took it seriously and were able to help. Special thanks to Aiden and Nishant, who spearheaded the search. I highly recommend this store and its staff-- they all went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful.

This is an update to my previous review. In response to my refund request, they would only do it…read moreif I deleted my review while also saying I'm not a nice person. That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here.

They're polite, but some charges are silly and need to be disclosed first before processing. I…read moreemailed a 3 page black and white document to print, then said I have to also pay a "computer fee" along with the high cost to print each page. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
