My husband and I did Jerk chicken which came w/rice and peas and steam vegetables. The plates are really huge. We got two orders and they can be shared with four. The flavor was smoked ,spiced, salty-sweet with hot spicy ( I think habanero). Oh my Lord!!! I fixed it absorbing all the jerk sauce over the chicken with a paper towel and it worked.
