They always greet me and thank me for my business...which is something that is becoming rare in customer service. They have always told me when I "really" need something fixed and when I could wait a bit longer or skip it, if it's not critical. I appreciate that even though they are busy, they have always been great about getting me in for service asap....sometimes even the same day. Having 2 older cars, I've been in there quite a bit over the past few years! Because of their great staff, consistent service and fair prices, I recommended them to a friend who was looking to buy a used vehicle this past year. She ended up buying one there and said it's been great - she loves it. And because she's had such good luck with hers, I just recently bought my new Jeep there also.
